OKAY so I’m pretty new to siege and I see a lot of top players including you lean a certain direction while ads’ing, then unleaning while you are still shooting. (You did it a few times at 4:34 in the video). Is your recoil harder to control while leaning, or it this a strafe movement or is it just a feel type or thing?
It’s purely a reaction thing and isn’t used strategically, they do it without thinking about it. But it does also “straighten” your aim and yeah control recoiling does feel slightly better when your not leaning. It’s something you’ll just get into the habit of doing as you play. Siege is 90% muscle memory/mechanical skill
Basically you lean into an angle or lean while swinging someone and unlean as soon as you start shooting to straighten your crosshair. You don’t HAVE to do this though, it’s just something that forms out of habit and you could even mess up your shots trying to do it as well
the guy who replied explained it perfectly. its just a habit.
