@@TXcommercialwash I'd disagree and further research may be in order. With all the government regulations that I've ever come into contact with. The government only cares what the availability is. not the load. The government assumes that if you could carry 130 gallons and you happen to have less than your 110 gallon limit...They just stopped at the wrong time.
It's about the CAPACITY. 1000 lbs of chemicals max on board. But they will look at the total possible chemical weight that you could have on it. If I have a ibc tote with 100 gallons of SH they would write some huge tickets bc I could have 275 gallons ~2500lbs of chemicals.
I'm interested in a 12v soft wash system. Also a hot water system with a surface cleaner. I have a single axle 14' trailer. Ballpark on what im looking at for a build?
@Terry Chant the problem is even with a longer loop you can still encounter problems. But the longer the loop, the longer you have to leave on bypass. In reality there is no reason a machine should ever be on bypass for more than 5 minutes.

Damn this is one of most technical setups I've seen. Nice job!
I appreciate the compliment
I love that soap dispenser.
So how has the comet with mixing valves been working? I would switch from a booster pump to this if it works.
Nice set up.
just wondering, but you said the soap/bleach tank is 135 gallons right? Won't that put them into Hazmat regulation levels?
If it's filled above 110 gallons, yes

clean power you are 100 percent correct

very nice set up
I just watched the video - when I said Honda 390 - I meant GX 630 lol

If I already have a proportioner for my 12v system can I use it for a gas system and change the inlet port for the size of the gas pump system?
So the diaphragm pump is basically on loop when trigger is released?
Correct, like a direct drive pressure washer.

@Terry Chant I don't know what it would do because it eventually causes the hose clamps to leak.
nice build
Thank you! We have a lot of pride in our work
How does the soft wash work with the metering system and bypass? I'm interested.
Has three valves and meters water, surfactant and bleach
@@TXcommercialwash I have a similar proportioner. I'd like to know what happens to the mix when it comes out of the bypass.
@@kenshousewash7312 nothing because the bypass does not go back into the mix
@@TXcommercialwash Ah I see. So the bypass recerculates back into the inlet. Any issues staying in bypass for an extended period of time? Thanks.
@@kenshousewash7312 don't run it on bypass for more than 10 minutes.
How does one order the proportioner set up for the gas powered soft wash? Also, what happens when it goes in bypass
We no longer sell the distributor. We have had great results for our use, but if you run employees and air is introduced it becomes problematic.
What is the size of the sh and water hoses running to the proportioner!
This is not the proportioner. They are all half inch feeding together
What size hose wash soap hose is the yellow hose and where did you get it. Thanks for reply inadvance

It depends on preference, we usually use 0020, 0040, 2530 4030.
Where did u get the 4030 nozzle from, I have been looking for it can't find nothing but high pressure?
We sell them at our store

Depends on what it's dirty with. I don't recommend using pressure on stucco
Washmart suppose it’s dirty with algae and/or black mold, would you use SH and to what percentage?
Mold? I like 2 percent on stucco
Washmart that shit doesn’t work, what are u talking about. Two percent?

Love it
No straps for me - weld a frame around it - get in an accident that tank is absolutely flying
My 12v shoots farther than that 😭

A hard question to answer with how many specifics there are on this.
