You have dance practice, then dance performance and then you have the music video (MV). So yes it's less flashy than a real MV, but it's still high production. The difference between the dance practice and a performance is that with performance you have more camera work and clothes changes and a few 'simple' effects, like glitter falling from the sky.
They each can do amazing on their own but as Lisa said, they shine the brightest when they are together. As they have their own unique talent, they don't lay on each other's path. You have dance practice, then dance performance and then you have the music video (MV). So yes it's less flashy than a real MV, but it's still high production. The difference between the dance practice and a performance is that with performance you have more camera work and clothes changes and a few 'simple' effects, like glitter falling from the sky.

They each can do amazing on their own but as Lisa said, they shine the brightest when they are together. As they have their own unique talent, they don't lay on each other's path. Like Rosé has golden voice, Jisoo is amazing actor, Lisa dances best in Kpop and Jennie is all rounder.

This m/v was filmed on the same day after the finale concert of their Born Pink tour in Seoul. The m/v was just filmed on a live stage with stage lighting and stage props. No special production budget. Just a change of clothes and back onto live stage to do the m/v. You should also watch the jazz vocal version also filmed on the same day.

Just note that if they break up it’s not an ego thing because there is a big possibility that it is happening right now. It is a contract, money, and freedom thing. The contract they just got off of was very strict. Their lives were not their own. I think they will all continue to be friends and all have very successful solo careers. I personally would love to see Blackpink stay together and in the end they might. But it also may not be the right thing for them. Especially for Lisa as she supposedly refused the 41 million dollar contract and rumored to be offered 81 million from China. She receives the most racist hate from Korea as she is not Korean. So she might want to leave Korea. However, worldwide she is the most popular. So if rumors are true she is being offered more from other places in the world. Some of them may be eyeing the Western World also.
