Not really. The Labour manifesto pledge was to lower net migration. Deport people who are here illegally (the number of flights returning those people has increased). Using the NCA to smash the smuggling gangs based in the UK. One of the most prolific people smuggler was arrested 2 weeks ago and a large number of inflatable small boats were seized. Process claims more quickly. We should always be a safe haven for those who are genuinely claiming asylum because they would be executed in their own countries. But it's an important issue for people and I think the Tories gave up on the task when they knew they were going to lose the election It's also something that can be judged on numbers rather than rhetoric. Significantly reducing the number of small boat crossings & bringing down net migration will be key in the next General Election. It will take the wind out of Reform UK's sails. Although not sacking a woman beating MP & paying Andrea Jenkins & others to join are big OWN GOALS by Farage, Tice & co
This is utterly insane. Kemi Badenoch admitted to what she did over 10 years ago. She apologised personally to Harriet Harman and has never tried to excuse or pretend what she did wasn't anything other than unacceptable and wrong. She was honest about it at the time and has been since. Haigh lied to her employers. Lied to the police. Lied to the Courts. Then claimed her reason in doing so was on the advice of her lawyer. She had a track record of wanting upgraded mobile phones at her previous employers Arriva and activated her "stolen phone" after it's supposed mugging and used it. That is the bare minimum of what we know about happening and doesn't include the other hidden information that Starmer and others apparently later found out about. For James O'Brien and his guest to claim otherwise is pathetic. Side note. A fixed penalty notice isn't a "conviction". Even a person with basic lawful knowledge would know this. Oh hang on. Keir Starmer made this mistake as well. 😂
Openly admitting to a crime that could carry a custodial sentence may be laudable in some instances, but this crime has not been before the courts and she has ultimately avoided punishment for it. Louise Haigh, no matter the truth of what happened, pleaded guilty ultimately and accepted her punishment. You are quick to assign motive to Haigh when none of us do or ever will know what actually happened, but you want to gloss over the leader of the opposition admitting to a different crime simply because years after the fact she admitted it? Did she inform the conservative party of this crime before running for leader? Has she approached the police to admit her criminal activity? It's not about right or wrong it's about hypocrisy.

@@davidhowarth8885 Exactly. He shows, week in week out, that he's our foremost statesman. He's fixing the foundations and shouldn't answer to anyone whilst doing so.
I thought she was terrible today!..... I'm a centrist and we really need the Tories as a credible opposition, otherwise Farage will be taking over! When can we get back to grown up politics! .... what a mess. Overall Starmer is by far the most competent leader in parliament but he needs to be challenged and kept in check.
You don't really believe that....but not a bad effort.😊😊
Well said! US Congressional Republicans proved over the past four years how an un-serious opposition can damage a country's progress at home, and standing abroad. Without at least two healthy parties, malign foreign leaders can point to the failings of democracy.
Excellent well said. It's early days, but upsetting the extreme right is never a bad thing.
Badenock just has hissy fits!
Kemi bad again? Shes not improving? Keir just ignores her successfully time and time again? He is keeping the Harman for laters? 😂😂😂
Bad Enoch poor again!
Reform 🎉🎉🎉
6 railways are already nationalised. 2 in Scotland. 3 in England and 1 in Wales. Indeed Scotrail covers all of Scotland, so the term “great British rail” is a bit weird 🤷🏼♂️
Let me guess.... 😂
Kier did great considering the 22 billion blackhole and 14 years of Tory austerity?
😂
😂😂😂😂
Helps to remind the public what they did to our country
@craig You mean the disastrous lockdown. Totally agree!
@craig3420 If you say so, mate.
Better from Badenoch, but still far below the standards for a LOTO to be doing well at PMQs.
The comments on here are made by idiots who don’t understand all political parties in charge will mess it just in a different way
Dry mouth Starmer was clearly very nervous,....she leathered him and put him away with ease.
:D
Nah she didn't ya dauber 😂
@ByJimineeItsBREXIT-z2k
If you truly believe that, you're more unhinged than Brian Harvey!.
She managed distinctly average today. An improvement on her woeful, pitiful and painfully clueless performances of the last 3 weeks.
There are already rumblings of buyer's remorse emanating from the bowels of The 1922 Club!! 🤦
@@timedwards5734 She skewered him again...he appointed a fraudster, a convicted criminal. He was rattled because he should have known better being a ahem, ''lawyer''.
He's got the Midas Touch!
BUT - IN REVERSE! 🤣🤣🤣
Why is no one asking Badenoch questions about her hacking Harriot Herman's computer ?
Badenoch always looks over pleased with herself.
Skidmark Starmer sent the cardboard copy of himself and it answered more questions than what he usually does!
If you notice Starmer answers questions to others respectfully Badenoch should take notice it isn't "gotcha" PMQ's
The Trumpian schoolboy name-calling is cute. Any adults in the room?
How are things in the playground?
🥶🥶🥶 Poor OAP'S This Winter James, Under Labour...
Starmer, probably the worst PM of all time.....his approval rating doesn't lie.
Probably not as low as Thatcher's until the Argies invaded the Falklands.
😂😂😂
Surely your kidding Bozo,Truss,do me a favor 😂😂😂😂😂
Really? Do you actually believe that? I would suggest Truss (who was beyond awful, it's actually hard to articulate how bad she was) and Johnson (who couldn't stop telling lies) take the crown for me.
@sarries1 Starmer never tells lies does he.....he's as honest as the day is long 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Badenoch got trounced on both Haigh and immigration.
Keep taking your mind numbing medication 😅
When someone has nothing constructive to say they resort to insults. Thanks for your incisive contribution and razor sharp wit!🥸
@peter Sometimes it's well deserved sure you would agree.
A hit! A very palpable hit! ( Hamlet) from KEMI BADENOCH who gets better with every week, Starmers ostrich approach to the truth about Louise Haigh is totally TWISTED but then he learned those shady techniques as chief public prosecutor, NOW he is prosecuting US
Ok random caps person. Medication time
Just resign Smarmer and take the rest of your rag tag mob of freeloading bungtakers with you.
This country deserves better than more years of uni party grift.
Bad to hear Labour now taking a "moderate" conservative position on immigration.
But it's an important issue for people and I think the Tories gave up on the task when they knew they were going to lose the election
It's also something that can be judged on numbers rather than rhetoric.
You appear to be saying that Badenoch breaking the law is fine just because she later boasted about it. She's a hypocrite, plain and simple.
@@andrewmark2783 She didn't later boast about it.
She didn't carry out a malicious attack. There is a difference between attempting to defraud someone by gaining access to their website and playing a prank.
So, it's fine for her to break the law because she apologised many years later? That's a bit messed up.
@@tombo1984 That's how we know about it. Because she bragged about it.
A penalty notice is not a conviction in law
JOBsworth really tries hard doesn't he
Not when he got dressed this morning he didn't
Did she not admit hacking someones account which is a crime😮
Why are you still talking about Louise Haigh? Old news! Move on!

What is this? What is the point of shilling for JoB and Natasha - it’s not like they’re running for office. Can you explain why you’re doing it?
Badenoch was awful again.
