This taping is for foot edema or calf edema? Also, shouldn't it be from distal to proximal?

I don't understand half of what ur talking about.. Is there a "pre- instructional video to this...
It seems the video is made with the assumption the viewers have prior knowledge how to cut this Tape etc... Where do u find this " pre" information
