if your fishing the duwamish.. i wouldnt fly fish but i would use rod and reel because there will be mostly salmon... and go around september or august. because they wont be there that early... i went there around august and saw some cohos swimming. Use twitching jigs like hoochies. i use a squid with a jig head and twitch the squid ..
