@@edwardstewart4430 it was a but narrow also I think my camera angle didn’t do it much justice. And yes you are right. Also the HOA added a lot to the monthly payment. There is two listings currently active in this neighborhood and the other one is listed in the high 3’s.
Yes! It doesn’t match up at the moment. To rent it out you would need an investor loan and put 20% down. And still the numbers don’t work so you would need to put around 30% to break even.
