Had purchased Balzano High speed Nutri Blender/1200Watts for 6,400/Rs in Nov 2021. It stopped working in October 2022. Had to send it to Pune for repair. Paid one side courier charges 350/ Rs + service charges + Spare part charges 1,299/ Rs for blade. The first blade warranty was six months and the new blade had only 3 months warranty. I received the repaired product after a month. In June 2024 it again stopped working. This time I didn’t want to send it for repair. I want to just dump it and find another option. Please help if you know of any better alternatives available in India.

blenders are usually made for making smoothies or mixing soft food items and mixer grinders are made for grinding hard food items, so i you want to make smoothies, fruit juices, milkshakes or want to mix soft food items then choose blender
yes that's right but the texture of real fruit juice or smoothies will only come in blender but if you want then you can use mixer grinder for making juices or shakes
