how do you value them, I have a few of them that I am keeping for Suovineers, they are kinda old but in good condition
Hello, I'm a newbie. What's the importance of collecting sequential and birthday notes?
Hi!! I have a 2 dollar bill from 1953, the dollar cut is not centralized it is in good condition. How much is the value of this 2 dollar bill.
It's a little hard with $2 bills. They usually always come in sequential order
I received a 2003A with serial #A00126802A. It's in really rough shape and some fool stamped something onto it that has faded away, but still visible. Would the low serial number be worth anything in a poor condition bill?
tcliff1 that’s not low enough for me to consider keeping it and it’s is bad shape so no, spend it
Also look for the ones marked "Silver Certificate"
@@topfin8441 There actually are, they just are not common. I think it would be worth it to look just to be safe
Something else to look for is a large number of the same digit in the serial number (five 2's for example). Those bills are sought out for people playing Liar's Poker
Hi JB, I had a two dollar bill and this bill had a tiny bear on it! And this bear was a tiny 🐼 panda on the lower right hand corner of the two dollar bill, above the year, and this tiny panda was perfectly drawn on the bill! The drawing was neatly printed on there and I didn"t keep it, I thought it was useless, but it was an unusual find! And know, I don't know what happend to that two dollar bill. Could this bill been an error with the tiny panda on there? It was so tiny, that I looked at it with a magnifying glass.
The different reserves on the bill also play a factor in the price as well as the 4 numbers on the outside if the front of the bill I believe
Bummer. I picked up a strap of 2s the other day, but they were all sequential. Every single one. I was bummed, but had fun spending them. People love those for some reason.
I have sequential $2 bills in uncirculated condition and 200 $1 dollar uncirculated star notes that are also in sequential order. don't know why I kept them. it seems everyone I know only wants coins.
Bill Janke can you PM me on my UA-cam page... I want $1 🌟 note please willing to EXCHANGE it for a $2 dollar Bill... Comment me if your willing for a trade... I am interested... For just $1 🌟 note for my COLLECTION
I am Australian. May I please ask what are the four large numbers around the president mean? Never actually held an American note in my hands. Have had many American pennies detecting but the best find an 1864 Indian head I found recently with amazing detail. Don't know if its worth anything. But is now a prized possession. Love your videos keep em coming. Thank you Sir.
64 ihp is a great find! If it is the non-nickel variety and if it has the "L" on the ribbon, they are pretty valuable as lonf as it is still in good shape.
Google the Indian head penny, some years there are low mint creations. If it is sharp and in good condition it's worth a couple of cents more but nothing that will think you hit the lottery unless it has an unusual mint mark or a mistake. I have been to Australia when I was there I went into a bank and there was a commemorative 10 Dollar plastic bill. I bought one. It has a aborigine child on one side and I forget what the other side has. Came in a cardboard sleeve, it has a hologram also. Very cool to me because i had never seen a plastic bill before. a memento of my time in Australia.
My twins were born in 2000. The mint had a special run of $2 bills that all started with the serial number 2000, I got them each one. At the same time I bought a bunch of $2 and $1 "sheets" of uncut bills.....
Have you ever heard of the 2000 series $2?
Looks like it's almost time for that holiday box of half dollars! Great video.
I have a 1988 $20 bill that I found in circulation but it feels like it was minted yesterday everything on the bill is raised up like the ladders and everything else and I’m just I don’t know what to do with it I’m kind of scared to send anything through the mail to a grieving company
I will give you 40 dollars for that 20. I'm born in 88 and collect money from the year not shure if we can make it happen but I thought I'd try. Mabe we could connect on Facebook and use usps?
Is it true that $2 J kansas 1976 can be worth up to $100 if uncirculated?
you also want to look for X notes, where there`s an X before or after the numbers. the 666 bills are called "devil notes".
LIKE YOUR VIDEO. ITS GREAT, I MAY SOUND STUPID FOR ASKING, BUT HERE GOES. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME OVE SEEN VIDEOS ON COIN HUNTING. WHEN YOU GET THE COINS & BILLS FROM THE BANKS. ARE THEY UNCIRCULATED OR HAVE THEY BEEN CIRCULATED AND THE BANKS ROLL THEM WHEN THEY GET ENOUGH FOR A ROLL. THANKS FOR YOUR INFORMATION
In some cases the banks do get un-circulated coins, mostly the current year. Banks have machines that will automatically sort and roll coins. However some banks don't like to take loose coins they prefer that they be rolled up so you can cash them in. The same goes for bills.
Th first strap of used two's that I got had a1929 bill with a red seal.
Cool. I just did my first video today. I'm researching to find out what people are looking for in their searches.
The "FW" on the right side of the Obverse in the middle of the note stands for "Fort Worth" BEP. Are most of our bills printed at the Fort Worth location?
Nope, 12 different BEP locations. We will go into detail about what it all means in another video soon. Great question.
always liked the 2$ bills
I was hoping to see an oddity
I was pulling for you
star note or something else
Check out our new video we found a bunch of them. Thanks for the good wishes.
Good explanation. Very informational
I just want to say all of you that do the videos do a great job thanks for informing us about a lot of things
Hi, J&B...great informational video Thanks for sharing your knowledge🤗
love the new stuff !! will keep my eyes open lol..back to coins can an average every day person find a new error on a coin or is there some error guru guy out there that identifies them and if so what do i do if i think i found an error that is unknown..could i somehow take pics and sent to u ? lol
We found one! on the channel we found a 2016 Harpers Ferry with most of the bottom image faded away or missing. JT Stanton of Cherrypickers guide said it was the first he knew of.
Wow i will have to check that video out thats amazing..now im even more excited to keep looking..so if i think i found new error check the cherry pickers guide first and if not there do i contact this guy? If so how do i reach him?
And so what happened when u found it and he said it was the first he knew of did u keep it? Is it worth more of u hold onto it or try to get graded and sell now ..i know if ur the first to submit something like that and get certified it usually is the most valuable cause its the first right?
also look for frame spacing on all bills
I bought 50 2$ bills. 47 & 3 are in numerical order.
how much do the bank charge to order new 2 dollar
bills
They should not charge you anything to get any money from the bank except the amount you ask for, so if you buy $50 of new $2 bills it should cost you $50! Nothing more or they are ripping you off!
This is great thank you
Been hunting star notes and plugin the numbers into the star note web site, Have no 2 dollar bills yet,
I have a 1979 $2 bill is it worth anything
Karen Lee no such thing? You mean 1976? I’d keep that series even tho it is still worth 2 bucks because it is really old. 42 years old. Money is only supposed to be circulated for two years then pulled out destroyed. I have one in great shape that’s why I hold on to it
i want some of those 2 dollar bills
Hey Guys!!!! You had two sequential earlier... 19491281 and 19491282; and I think you threw them back in the pile.
Yep, we missed that and saw it when we edited the video to upload it. Oh well we goofed. Good eye! JB
JBCOINSINC Thanks for the reply; I did not mean any offense to you guys; I am GREEN with envy(lol) watching your other Note video.... You two find the nicest stuff in "pocket change" just regular circulation, I too tend to find the best Notes that way as well, but some of those old Notes you guys come across are just in amazing condition! [I was blown away on that 1935C silver certificate]
You talk to much , more looking and less talk .
Nice new crisp $2 bills
thanks for the info
do not forget yellow and brown seals
I have 2 2 dollar bills 1976 series with numbers E 36837779 A with a green seal are they worth anything?
Are they worth anything? Well, if you have as you say, " two $2 bills with numbers E 36837779 A" , then they are counterfeit, because the Bureau of Engraving and Printing will never issue two bills with the same serial number, so they are worthless and you could get arrested if you tried to spend them.
What is a 2009 two dollar bill star note worth K00275336*
Good information
We are happy you liked the video! Thank you for watching and commenting. J&B
I have a 2003 $2 bill ?

4:04 SATANIC NOTE
ChanJP's NewTube your crazy, where did u get that number from, it’s not worth anything tbh
We don't have $2.00 bill in state of Hawaii.you gonna bye one to have one how about that!!
Comment
Hi what do you think about a $20 bill 2004 series A serial # GG 00088928A
Unless I missed something - why do you keep the bills that are in number sequence? I also, hope that when you got the bills at the bank that you counted them first. Banks have been known to come short, especially on coins with paper wrapped around them.
