Sir my sister had a scam of 16000 rs. She purchase a dress of 800rs from a online site ..and the product was very bad.so she want to return it .and he contacted to customer care and the customer care shared a link ..which on clicking the browser ask for UPI pin ..she doesn't enter it. And she checked his bank balance ... whole account was empty...sir we report a FIR against the scam but no one is taking action... Sir please suggest advice please sir

Actually if you look at aavas finance history it was part of Au Financiers and at the time of getting the licence aavas was born and actually it was renamed from Au Housing Finance Private Limited and till 2020 au small finance Bank was holding good stake in it. I personally know the story little bit as I am from Rajasthan and have seen both in many places.
They are not safe on the basis of terms and conditions that they hide from their customers while providing them loans and doing their paper work, cut short Your EMI will be due without being the loan amount disbursed to you. ... that's AU for you.
No one thought that silicon valley bank can go bankrupt so guys if you want safety then keep money in bank less than 5 lakhs cause RBI secure only 5Lakhs in every bank so when bank collapse you get maximum 5 lakhs
Just visit the branch they will solve it. I personally faced some problem with yono and as we all know how sbi staff is it took many days and many hours of visit to solve the problem. And if possible visit you branch that your account is made or you City main branch . But don't expect it will solve in 1-2 hrs will take atleast 1-2 days can be early if the person you report actually understand your problem
AU SFB is actually a good bank. All my family members hold Royale account. Visa signature, better interest rates, low annual charges on locker facilities and a dedicated relationship manager for banking :)
