Cajun Ninja Searing a Roast on the Griddle

I decided to see you a chuck roast on the griddle before adding it to my pot. I took some sliced onions and took them down in the drippings from the roast.

My wife did the same but in a pressure cooker, and added all other ingredients to make a Pot Roast. DELICIOUS Way to go buddy. Nice. I’ll pass this on to both of my sons and grandson that have the Blackstones..
