- “Valerie is the world’s first female Cyr Wheel soloist - and popular luminary. After seeing one of her studio rehearsals online, I became inspired to document her piece, “The Spinning Harmony of Sorrow”. Early in 2015, our paths finally crossed, and we were able to capture her stunning performance in one of Los Angeles’ most historical venues - the Million Dollar Theater. I have watched so many different performers do this and no one does this art as beautifully or gracefully as Valerie does...I just watch in utter awe

Hello Sara, I think you can get this type of leg warmer in any dance shop. I dont actually remember where I got mine. haha
We dont have dance shops in my part of the country! This is my favorite of your videos. I posted it on my Facebook timeline several months ago. I'm at my 8 month mark since begging Cyr!

Thanks also to the Million Dollars Theatre in LA who let us use the stage. This performance was created to be freely accessible to a broader audience. I am glad you like it.
