In my opinion, theres nothing inherently wrong or shameful about using RC or JC. I personally dont use them, but if someone else does, thats fine. The people who complain about it are probably the same people who would complain about stuff like Wavedashing in Smash Bros Melee. It may not be an "intended mechanic", but its one of those little optimizations that you can learn to get better at the game.

Xiang tzu 5. Talent makes it so he doesnt take damage from getting attacked, he gains adrenaline instead. So you are not dealing damage, meaning you can not lifesteal. It is NOT a bug.
