How you playing workshop levels without having your gameplay slowing down and lag on larger levels with many enemies

Whenever I play I somehow shoot range weapons ghosting right though instead of hitting them

Yesterday i played the map 'heads will roll' and i had this issue a lot on that map. I have had it a few times on other maps too but just short moments.

Is there any fix to this issue or will eternic will fix the issue on the next update
