Thanks so much for the comprehensive review Richard, I’m so pleased that you and Dave liked the guitar and highlighted so many of the aspects that we worked so hard on getting right!
Cheers, it was a pleasure to play 😁
great job, Adam!
nvm i'm an idiot
Awesome playing! You used to be a metal head?
Agreed! The piece was killer.
Thank you 😊 I do love metal guitar and wanted to give it a shot in this demo 👍🏻
Nitpick - is the lower output setting not putting the pickups in parallel and in-series is the full humbucker? I really like the idea of the free-way selector, it seems like a nicer solution than a push-pull knob, though I wonder how easy it is to knock it into the wrong mode accidentally.
Your ‘nitpick’ is absolutely correct - I accidentally reversed the names 🤦🏻♂️ The free-way does take a little getting used to, but I agree it’s preferable to push-pull pots in many ways.
I have been waiting for this guitar for a long time. This is exactly what I need. I wouldn’t call it ‘stuck’ but the PRS I use for metal is too compressed sounding and sounds too PAF style. This sounds more modern. Woo!
That is the secksiest guitar design ive ever seen. Equip it with a sustainiac and floyd rose and im in. 25" short scale and bareknuckle black hawk. My dream.
You mean 'PARALLEL'!
Great playing, great tone
Always a thorough explanation, with excellent detail, from Richard. Nice playing Richard! Until the next one - Have a Great Day! 👍🎸✌️😎
this guitar is so aesthetically pleasing. mmmmm mm mm mm mmmmmm.
I don't know if anyone did catch that but what we have in front of us is the best guitar ever built for us metalcore/prog snobs. It's so simple yet so ahead of it's time. Nolly is like the nikola tesla of the modern music industry
The perfect guitar....nolly always knows whats hes doing

My ears must be wrecked I never hear any difference when these guitar gimmicks are demo’s, the real tonal difference to me on any guitar is between neck and bridge, neck is warmer, fuller with more bass and bridge is brighter and harsher with more treble, I bet you can’t hear a blind bit of difference what he’s on in a mix.
Charles Manson?
..so the model has VI in the name, but it's not a Bass VI/30" scale? The VI=30" scale has been naming convention since the Bass VI came out in '61.. Are they going to start calling passive pickups 'active' and humbuckers 'single coil' now, just because they want to be different?
VI is because its a 6 string. The VII is the 7 string version of the same guitar.
