When she acts emotional I.e. the long pauses and sighs, etc. are all in the wrong place. She underestimates the "average" person and our ability to see that she is trying to show fake emotion.

Exactly what Dr. Curry explained about AH. She can never take accountability and it’s always someone else’s fault, and she’ll seek attention whether good or bad to stay in the spotlight.

My abuser is dead for 12 years & I still have ill feelings towards him for ruining my life & what he use to do to me. The reason she has no ill feelings towards JD is because he was not doing the things she claims he has done. I give up trying to see if she ever admits to any wrong doing & take responsibility. She love the negative attention she is getting. She thrives on it. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
My heart breaks for people like yourself, real victims who survived their abusers. I work with abuse victims and not once in the past 20 years have I heard one say “ I still love them , I have no I’ll will.” It’s beyond amazing how delusional she is. I do not think she will ever take responsibility. I wish she would, but she got what she wanted…enough money . I doubt she will come back to the United States anytime soon. Again, this must have been very hard for you and other real victims.
So it’d be acceptable if she said he’s a piece of S**t. She trying to show face. Trust me my ex is a horrible narcissist and deserves nothing but horrible things, but for me to move on I have to forgive. She’s not going to say how she truly feels about JD.
In her trial testimony, she claimed she's never called herself a "victim." Now she's saying she's a victim. She really seems detached from reality.

As a DV survivor I can see my abuser in her. Everything was my fault and as a victim is sooo triggering to hear the tapes for me. My partner would be insulting me and looking for my reaction and when he got one he would act as if I was the abuser and he my victim. He would degrade me all day long and when I would respond with the same energy aka cursing at him I would be out of place according to him I acted with no reason. My feeling were invalid only when I hurt him it was valid. I felt to desperate so unheard so not validated in my feelings, the things I felt were wrong. My heart aches for ppl that go through the same even for Johnny I don’t believe a word she said
In a mutual abuse situation it can be hard to determine who is driving the abuse and who is just reacting. A few years ago when I read about the narcissistic and borderline personality disorders, it made sense. It's likely that one of them has a personality disorder (NPD or BPD) and one way to find out who's driving the abuse is to find out who has it. Both people in the relationship should undergo a psychological evaluation.
We all know why she leaked her venom to TMZ... She just didn't ever think someone would come forward to tell the truth.
She was even caught in her deposition letting it slip that she leaked the video to TMZ.
Five days later she went to court, because he wouldn’t sign off on all the other stuff she wanted 3 penthouses, the Range Rover, he pays off all her outstanding bills, and over a half mil a year. I think her lawyers are the reason for the cuts.
True. In ranting to friends it's often over the top. Poor Elaine never watched Monty Python nor did she understand Depp's dark humor.
If someone tried to kill me, and brutally attacked me that many times, I would not have an ounce of love for that person.

The interviewer, Savanna Guthrie, is a former attorney. AH is just digging a hole deeper and deeper. She’s her own worst enemy, but she’s too narcissistic to stay out of the limelight, and admit she’s wrong.

"hear his own words" - I think she and her lawyers really believed that his text message rants would sway the jury and the public. They underestimated the intelligence of the general public and the jurors. Who among us hasn't ranted to a close friend via text message? The absence of any proof of her allegations and her own contradictions and histrionic testimony buried her. JD was sincere and owned his faults.
The only one that was trapped Was Johnny she blocked every doorway and then would Punch him when he tried to leave. Everything she said Johnny did to her she was the actual one that was doing it
She is just trying to play on everybody's feelings when it doesn't work she'll go back to her anger and it'll be twice as bad

It was a huge blunder on JDs lawyers part for sending the entire text thread by mistake. It was only supposed to be a few snippets. But even having EVERYTHING he sent on his phone, that’s all they could get. lol 😂
@@im2yys4u81 I am sure I missed this but why weren't her texts admitted into evidence...kinda makes you wonder what they included. I am pretty conservative and I would never have gotten the Monty Python reference but no matter how dark his text messages to friends and associates were, they were just text messages...not actual threats and certainly not DV or IPV. I have said things over text that I would never want read in court as has literally EVERYONE. I don't think the jury found the text messages compelling. Especially since he owned them. In a way I think it's portrays him as someone who vented to close friends INSTEAD of taking out his frustration on his partner. If you look at it that way, they could have helped him.

As a survivor, there's no way on earth a woman that was sexually assaulted the way she claims she was, would proclaim her love for her abuser. Even without all the other claims of physical abuse. No way.
In yesterday's interview she stated "This [the trial] is the most horrific and humiliating thing I've ever experienced." I would have thought that being sexually assaulted with a bottle of Maker's Mark would be the most horrific.

As a real victim, I can’t be anywhere near him, cannot talk to him and do everything to avoid them at all cost! Time tempers the hate and scared feelings as long as I don’t have to deal with him ever! Even with our children I take care of everything so I don’t have to talk to him. I would say there will always be hard feelings. Just proves to me she is not the victim.
And saying their name feels like acid in your mouth. She calls him Johnny and looks at him the whole time. Just NO!

The fact that she pretends to hold no ill will towards him is just more evidence that she was in fact the abuser. There is no such thing as unconditional love, conditions are involved in that puppy continuing to love you like feeding and not beating the puppy. No victim of domestic violence would ever make anything like the statement she made here. Proving once again that we all got it right.
And the fact she accused him of sexual abuse? A very detailed and disturbing report she testified to. And she has unconditional love for him? Did she forget that allegation? I’m very confused. Her failed imitation of actual survivors.

A family relative physically and emotionally abused me in my childhood. Many years later, when old age caught up with him and he had nowhere else to go, I ended up having them live with me. I still loved him. But I did harbour bad feelings to him. Of course I did. Just like Johnny who looked after his mum, and loved her till the end. You can forgive, you can still love them, but what amber said is unbelievable and especially so soon after the event.
She misses the drama!

I left my abuser, he used the courts to abuse me again and again... for 16 years. He took me to court 12 times in one year alone.
Her repeatedly talking to a public forum about Johnny ... reminds me of that. It isnt the same exactly, but everything she does reminds me of an abuser.

She is completely obsessed with Johnny, and I think she feels justified in her actions because JD left her. . . Dr Curry was spot on. Her fear of abandonment and the need to be the centre of attention at all costs. This is her revenge for JD leaving her, and even though this is highly damaging in a negative way for Amber, it's still making her the centre of attention. She is destroying her movie career even more, she's unemployable now, I wouldn't be surprised if WB announce that she is 100% out of the Aquaman franchise in the coming days, and she'll probably blame Johnny for that too.
I don’t understand how someone with a defamation counterclaim can say the point of a defamation suit is to silence somebody, and that it is against the first amendment.

Timing wise - Johnny had already told her he didn't want to be with her. She asked him to meet at the Penthouse on 5/21/2016 and then the cops are called... Then prior to her filing the TRO, she and her lawyer sent a demand letter asking for a lot of money, the 3 of the 5 penthouses, and stated if Johnny didn't agree, they were going to file the TRO. Suspicious!
so yuck. As if he would want to be her neighbour there...him and Isaac living next to the crackhouse full of people spending his money. She pushed it too far. He's a private person and if she hadn't asked for so much, he probably would have paid up.

TMZ was NOT the only news/camera crew out there at the courthouse for the TRO...she or her team tipped off many news outlets for that.
I wish someone on UA-cam could hire Dr. Cury for a hour or two to go over what sense she makes out of all of Amber's actions during and post trial. Enough subscribers pitching in so much we should be able to.
Amber is NEVER going to stop until she faces jail time and harsh repercussions for her actions. She's never been held accountable so she refuses to accept it.
I think we need to get Chase Hughes to get her on The Behavior Panel. He's an expert in malingering and a military vet...and PTSD in military vets is her specialty.

AH is Dr. Curry’s diagnosis. It’s unsettling listening to her lie throughout this interview, very difficult, she triggers DV SV, not support them, can’t imagine how they feel listening to AH 🙏 Love him, that isn’t how you’d feel, after the beatings she described!
YES! I've done EMDR and spent the last 6 years recovering, and it has been a very trying journey. Worth every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears. EMDR gave me my life back, but l can't stomach AH. Triggered is an understatement. The sound of her voice makes me feel sick with anxiety and dread. Thankfully I'm here for the commentary and can skip through her BS!!

That audio was very telling in the way the others spoke about her 'going off' and needing to get her out of there, who could handle her stc. Also when they questioned they were being recorded and checked her bag and yes the phone was ''accidentally recording''.

That's why I didn't believe her story about Australia. Something happened there but not the way she described it. Her story of the alleged abuse was so horrific that would've caused her severe injuries and would've require medical attention. According to her she sustained broken lip, swollen nose and cuts all over her body. For 3 days, she was slapped, hit, shoved and pushed to the ground, shoved against the fridge and choked multiple times. Then other people came to the house, including the doctor and the nurse. It was impossible that they didn't notice all those things. And on the audio recording she sound fine (except from crying she sound hysterical) and she didn't even once complain any pain from slashed feet while walking around the house. Even the doctor said that AH can take care of herself and he also instructed the security personnel to take her away or back to LA immediately because they don't want her near JD while they are treating him.
