- In which we travel forward in time to next year, the year of the Rabbit, and enjoy the Davidoff cigar appropriate to the Chinese zodiacal year. In the comfort of the ancestral burrow, or do I mean the family warren but enough of the Watership Down wordplay.
 It is quite a miracle that this broadcast was ever made, as we suffered from not having the shore and steady hand of our artistic director, Freddie Foulkes as he was in his studio, creating art, although one might argue that the broadcasts of Foulkes and sons are indeed each individual works of art in themselves.… Then again, maybe not.
Gentlemen, thank you for another set of profound musings. As for F&S DuPonts: it is a yes from this end, as long as the economics of the transaction are not overly demanding...

The rapid-fire heady banter reminds me of Monty Python’s Flying Circus, e.g., the Piranha Brothers. Kirby Allison is an interesting character. He started off on the ‘Net doing infomercials for Saphir shoe polish and has been morphing into an Englishman over time.

I honestly don't spring for Davidoff's often as they're spendy, but I must say they're the most consistent of the new world cigars I've had. Bought a box of ten that I'll set aside for a few years, and a single that'll I'll try on 22 Jan... I've had the Rat, Tiger and soon the Rabbit. The circle of life will start again soon. Hakuna Matata! (When is the year of the warthog?)

Ties are an excellent idea, but eschew the gimmicks and go for nuanced designs. Recently, I read an article in the British press that noted how Charles wore a tie with an axe motif to symbolize his war with Harry. In an accompanying photo one could see a white tie with navy blue (?) vaguely shaped axes. Very astute journalists over there to be sure. Perhaps your ties can incorporate vague “cigar” motifs. I’m sure a stylized scissor cutter pattern would look incredible

Have you boys ever tried the now defunct Nat Sherman cigars? I have fond memories of the sterling collection that came out in 2013. Hard to find but I did snag a box moments ago.

My #1 song would probably be Have a Cigar by Pink Floyd. Smoke on the Water is about a crazy czech guy who, using an air rifle, set fire to a Casino in Montreax during a Frank Zappa concert, which Deep Purple noticed and wrote a song about which eventually became a hit. When there's smoke there's fire... Perhaps it could be more useful for promoting whisky rather than cigars?
