My younger sister is an addict. She asked me to listen to this song a few months ago. She said maybe it would help me and my older sister understand her better. It totally broke my heart, knowing that she feels this way about herself. This is a tough song to listen to but I loved your reaction. I'm new to your channel and I'm binge watching! Love you, girl!

I'm so happy that you have continued to beat your demons for so long and know that you will continue. This is a hard song. My niece was an addict she use to cry to me and say she wanted to stop and I truly believed her. She was diagnosed with Aids and gave up. She later died from her illness. 💔 That was over 14 years ago and I'm in tears writing this. I pray for all who sees this and going through addiction or have someone who is. God bless.

Addiction is an absolute nightmare and it’s normally some of the best and loving people that are stuck in it because they always try making others better and give so much but they don’t get the love and good feeling back so they find the relief in substance’s don’t give up on them that’s all I will say and when you pull them back from it you will have saved an amazing person

Jelly Roll is one them artist, he does country, rock, and rap. I am not surprised that he doesn't sing the blues, but Jelly can sing a restaurant menu and it would be a gold record in no time.

Ok Britt I've binge watched your reactions and I'm a person watcher and I am refreshingly energized bye your way of opening up and hearing not just listening to what ever you may find. It's not often I am energized and that I rise due to another's raw natural and infectious spirit. I tend to be surrounded by people of trauma and I reflect back their greatness to them that they've forgotten and when they can see it again and hopeless helpless and impossible wastes of time which have become invisible to society for the most part and they embrace how valuable and Amazing they in fact are as each of us are. I think that moment is the richest I am in life. Not profitable but prophetic and more than hold or platinum. However to see a person such as yourself be so unconditionally willing to embrace the artists point of view and story and emotions with such ease and happiness. It's truely a gift to see. Thank you for for. I hope you do see your one of those like me lucky enough to be doing something you were made for not just doing something you settled for. If ever you wish to reach the stars . You should look within because that's exactly what you are. Shining bright and your spirit gas energized my weary soul and im whole again with the ability to enjoy life again. Thank you young lady. I hope you have a wonderfull life as I do although indigent recovery of addiction and trauma do take me to the limits. I love it more than anything else. Rise and live well.

I wish i could have been a fly on the wall for that cause my husband was forever a changed person (similar struggles in life) and got a picture with him. I have always been a fan of Jelly, Struggle, and yella since Im from East Nashville and know their stories and have heard their help in the communities.
Like yella was out after the tornado destroyed 5 points and was helping clean up and check in on families cause that his neighborhood and his home. It means a lot.

Not because of addiction but because of a brain injury that took his memory, moral, n his self esteem. My son drank n dabled in alcohol n drugs, i dont believe he was addicted to drugs but i dus not notice the drinking n his depression was getting the best of him. He was posined by a fake pill that was all fentanyl. All of jelly roll music was my therapy to deal with my loss n i cry every time I hear this song because i believe this us exactly how he felt 💔 Robby firever 38, my only child 😢

Jelly Roll was sentenced to prison for drug trafficking when he was only 17 years old. Keep your tissues close at hand, but Craig Morgan, country legend himself, and Jelly Roll performed at the Grand Ole Opry, and Jelly literally does the ugly cry because he talks about how Craig Morgan's song, Almost Home inspired him in his life and music, and they perform it together. Jelly Roll is a deep pool underneath that exterior and Craig Morgan himself is a really great performer who writes some of the best lyrics in any genre.

It's a MUST SEE on a Jelly Roll Journey!! GREAT suggestion!!!👊
