brown for me. because they are prescription glasses I don't want mine to dark, just dark enough to get the glare out of my eye
Nice video Thanks 😊
Which one best for eyes plz??
I wear prescription progressive glasses. I struggle following the ball in sunny and overcast light. Vision is checked and ok w my glasses. Any color and clip on suggestions to help?
Why doesn't the transition vantage darken in cloudy weather like in this video. Feel like They hardly tint or don't eve. Tint at all
Same clear looking lenses gives different level of gamma, I have 2 pairs of normal glasses, the 20 years old one gives higher gamma - the black colour don’t look so black and so can see more details in the black, … while the newer one bought in year 2017 gives darker black colour, it’s like having high dynamic contrast! Neither the two glazes I own are normal, as one gives higher brightness like higher gamma and the other gives higher dynamic contrast, I can tell it because I own a third pair of glasses that was made of solid glass than plastic!
Very helpful thanks - any observations on green tint?

Do not just look at the glasses’ shade level and effects, one has to try many lenses to see the gamma and dynamic contrast levels!
I now have my Oakley Jupiter squared transition glasses. Do not get the brown lens if you live in TX. The gray/black transition glasses barely do enough when I comes to the sun. You will suffer with the brown lenses.
Thank you for sharing this video , I'd love to go for green , but its not available where I am , so grey it is 😁and if I can get extractive that's even better . 😁
Help me out here! @ 1.34 the lady indicates that the gray lens is on her right..... @ 2.05 and while outdoors, in the overcast, poor example daylight, she indicates that the gray lens is on her left! 🤔 Do I need glasses, or she a new prescription!?

I would have like it if you compare the color of different things in different screens by placing a brown and a grey transition over the video cameras lens so we could better understand in actuality the differences. Either split a symmetrical and equal two piece lens on one camera or use two cameras with a split image on the UA-cam screen.

Video would be better if wording weren’t covering the glasses of the models
Hello excuseme Maam, I just bought a new one *Crizal Prevencia Transition Lenses Gen 8 Brown* and my own has a basic color brown even it doesn't hit the Sun/UV. I thought its a Very Clear Lenses without a basic color and gonna turn the color to brown after hit the Sun/UV.
Correct me Ma'am 🙏
Great lenses. What are those dark green frames?
Hi Al, are the ones you ask for the RX-17001? rx-safety.com/shop/master-safety-glasses/prescription-safety-glasses/prescription-safety-glasses-rx-17001/
Please check on the video's description where we specify what glasses were used in the video.
I chose brown cuz I don't want mine too dark ..😎🤓 my twin has the gray tho...
Are there slight tints when indoors with no activation, or are both lenses clear?
There's just about always a tiny bit. But it will not be enough to hinder you walking around.
@@RonSpilker Thanks. Went ahead and ordered them around the time of the post, and you're right--the tint is almost indistinguishable from clear while indoors.
@@RonSpilker it depends on which right? Gen 8 would be perfectly clear indoors
*funny, from all days you chose a cloudy day to test the transition*
do you ever mix your house up with someone else's?
Another plastic lens that will scratch if you just look at it the wrong way. Long live glass
Cheers
