the mistake is that u can rotate aim with peek and scope button so when u tap them u may rotate by mistake so he disabled this feature

This applies for gyro users to disable camera rotation while ADS/Peek/Aim. Because unintentional swipe will mess up your gyro. Non gyro users… would be beneficial to enable it.
