I had the same problem
U can try reducing the volume on the wheel on the headphone slightly and tape it
This way both the sides will work
Naputol yung wire sa loob kaya hindi na siya na gana. Binuksan ko kasi to see what happened since outside na sa warranty. Bakbak na rin yung leather niya both sa head part and magkabilang ears. Ngayon pinagtitiisan ko na lang, mahal yung jbl quantum 400 kasi e 😔
