Your DBD streams have been an absolute riot. I have NEVER had an itch to play the game, but after watching your streams, I very much want to try it out!
4:45:34 That reminds me of my very first survivor game. The killer knocked me down right towards the end when the gates were open to escape, and the legend picked me up brought me to the open door and dropped me letting me crawl to the exit and escape.
Runs where the Killer just Vibes™ until the generators are fixed and all hell breaks loose will forever be my favorite runs to watch. Be it Meyers spinning around in a circle or (My personal favorite) Ghost Face crouch-dancing. The way all the Survivors just scatter like bugs kills me every time XD I like to imagine that the Merry-Go-Round music from Super Mario 64 is going on in Meyer's head while he's spinning around .:Quick Edit to avoid confusion:. Ghost Face crouch dancing doesn't appear in this video (At least 5 hours in, I still have 3 hours to go) but it is something I have witnessed during a different live stream. The tassles lowkey look like they're trying to turn him into a butterfly, and it's even better when he has two survivors all in a circle running around and crouch dancing horrendously out of sync.
Jeremy is doing great you don't need to watch tutorials like Mr Platypuss, it does help but not necessary. Jeremy does need to get better at his call outs and game awareness ... though with time it will come naturally. There are far too many times in both streams where Jeremy looking back runs into a corner or a dead end that is easily avoidable, loses sight of killer or survivors that are on screen and waits too long to drop a pallet or even refuse to look back during crucial moments. Also, when you run distortion call outs are very important to learn killer perks which he almost never does. All that said. I love the video, Jeremy's progress and the entertainment of just friends hanging out.
7:27:14 How did the killer catch up with Jeremy that fast? He jumped through a window upstairs, and the only way for the killer to follow would have been going through that window or breaking the nearby wall, both of which take a few seconds. Does that killer have some ability to move through barriers quickly?
If you're close when you're seen it can't be BBQ. It's 60/50/40 range close to the hook that you're not highlighted, depending on the level. So if you're noticed right next to the hook then it's gotta be something else. I suspect that Nemesis went to shack to wait for the hatch to open when the guy died and you just happened to be there.
So something that most people don't actually know is the globe symbol doesn't automatically mean they're on console. They could just be playing on a different PC platform. For example, you usually play on Steam if I remember, but they might be on Epic Store or Games for Windows Live, so yes, that first Nemesis could have been cheating. To me it just seems lucky though, since his skill in actually hitting survivors was pretty middling. Also, shack is the most common hatch spawn spot so its common to start from there or expect a survivor to camp for it there.
From the part of his in-game friends list that was shown when inviting Fooya (seventh from the top not counting Platy who was already in the lobby) at 1:54:39, i only recognized six of the other names. Those six were Fredo at the top, Em just above Fooya, and the four immediately after Fooya (in the order of a second Max, Ify from AH, Junk, and Jeremy's wife Kat).
I think Platy (especially) needs to put several hundred more hours into this game and maybe actually unlock ALL of the survivor perks AND killer perks. Learn what they do, how they interact and what that looks like before he goes accusing people of cheating in post game chat, it's weirdly toxic of him. It's one thing if you wanna complain privately about it (still weird), but he's way too naive about basic game mechanics to be making those claims about anybody at this point.
I'm happy that Jeremy is back into dbd. It's so fun watching you guys play and learn about the game. Even if platy can be a menace from time to time.
for all who are curious, jeremy finally gets the pallet challenge done at 4:43:30, or thereabouts. what a stand up clown
That clown was an absolute legend. GGs all around!

I played one game as a killer years ago, got clowned on, and never tried again. Watching these has made me want to try again
There's few games I could watch 8 hours of unedited gameplay for, and fewer gamers I could watch play it. LET'S GOOOOO!
Started and ended my work day with some Dooley by Daylight. I am enjoying how much he likes playing this
Nothin' better than 8 hrs of Dooley and the gang havin' fun playin' a game. When the vibes are good, it's good, bruh 🤌

Whelp. This will be my whole personality today
😂my thoughts exactly
Platy is going to be spending so much time flashlighting killers in DBD that he's going to try to flashlight the ghost in the next Palsmaphobia
Thank you for blessing my work day with this vod!
That nemesis must have been Bill's buddy lol
“My hero” Jeremy to platy is my fav
“EVERYTHING HAS LEAD UP TIL THIS!” Said Jeremy excitedly watching platy attempt to blind the killer
“FUCKED IT” Jeremy exclaimed 2 seconds later

44:00 Excuse me, Platy. *pushes up glasses and adjusts fedora* It was actually the world's first QUADRUPLE A game. Thank you very much.
The craziness that ensues at 2:02:24 is why I want to marry fooya XD HAWK TUAH!

Was the hatch even spawning? Because the other dude was still alive and he went straight to the shack
@@rodolforiegomacchi8358 Not at that point, but hook suicide might have been predicted (incorrectly).

Baller ass title, thanks JD
Playing new world again. Maybe the wow enjoyers can find that better since wow can be really more number-based than skill-based (i loved wow)
