I nearly fell asleep to this it's so good
I really used to hate asmr because it annoyed me a lot, she is the only person that is actually able to calm me down and help me sleep, which is very helpful because I have extreme insomnia, anxiety, and sleep apnea. Not to mention I have regular sleep paralysis sessions throughout the night which scares me into not sleeping. THANK YOU
