- Good Morning everyone! Here are some different textures and shapes. I also threw in some fresh chalk that I had laying around. They were in pieces already so just threw them into this crush. I hope you enjoy it. I loved the orange textures and the Dino eggs. Crunchy chalk makes for some good ASMR 😁. The blue was sooo soft lol! Melts right in your hands when you crush it.
I’m so tired this morning. I’m just not sleeping well at all. I think it’s time to see a doctor about it. I can go to sleep, it’s staying asleep that is tough. I wake you up lot. I have a Fitbit that tracks my sleeping patterns and I’m just not resting very well. Melatonin doesn’t work for me at all. It’s more about staying asleep.

Sorry to hear about you're sleep disturbance...yes a lot of changes occur as we grow older...you should go before it gets worse it could be a number of things like hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety etc... You can also look at getting some blood test especially test for hormonal imbalance just to rule that out. Hope it resolves soon.
