It has a clear path, yet it chooses to slow itself down by ramming through tables to get to the player. I also also also think they don't have proper hitboxes due to being unable to be killed, and also grabbed with the grav gun (from my experience).

I was on the liminal spaces map with these Nextbots. What terrified me more was when they collided with movable objects and so I heard their every step. And in each room I went into I can see that someone has already crossed those areas.
there is literally nothing more hillarious than hearing a man beg in desperation "PLEASE... NO PLEASE" while hearing "whats up guys, its quandale dingle here. goofy ahh uncle." getting continuously closer.
Well for those who dont know the lore of these things. They first appeared on Doom terry traps WADs(maps) they re exaclty like these ones(some static image that moves fast and at some point faster). On Doom you can kill them by using modded weapons or using commands on the game console(freeze and kill).
yo you're good as hell at running from it, keep making videos, i've been searching for someone who doesn't die in 10 seconds
5:42 switches to a better gun
The "better" gun: FACE POSER
"Face poser nah 😥"
imagine people being chased by some freaking flat image just got me dead xDDDD
Whenever the nextbots got close I was jumping and screaming. I haven’t sweated this much since trying to beat the fastest guys in my year in a race.
dude I've done this myself and I have to say it is WAY scarier than any horror game I have played
3:26 was impossible to do in most games
bro slammed his head on the door
1:28
His death moan caught me offguard
Same 💀
AYOOO!
This is literally like those nightmares we have as kids running away from some type of entity
2:56 he was literally running away from that dog
escaping from nextbots is terryfing
these nextbot maps feel like you're having a nightmare
The most intense tag game ever.
this is single handedly the most scary video i have ever seen at one point i had to take my headphones off because it was so scary
Even though it's just memes chasing him it's actually making me squirm in fear when they get near him
The unfair thing about Nextbots is that they tend to just phase through obstacles whenever they get stuck.
Part of what makes them so terrifying. They will always find a way, even if it means phasing through objects and reality itself.
1:10 please tell me I’m not the only one who thinks this kinda feels like that Jurassic park part
That "No!" Sounds like the hl2 scientist lol 0:53
That Dingle charge was terrifying, the hit. He’s too powerful.
0:54
Dawn: **is about to become past-tense**
Toolgun: Face Poser
5:42
0:14 how did you kick down the door? LMAO
if you saw one of those things in real life then you would surely kick down a door to escape that!
Parkour swep
Through sheer willpower
Never did I think anyone else enjoyed the thrill of being chased by jpeg images as much as I did.
This is a really good video, I tried all the mods with my friends and it was alot of fun cant wait to see more from you.
This get me so fucking immersed into it, that it actually gets me nervous when they are getting closer
I love how your like "haha ur stuck" then proceed to get yeeted to the 12th dimension
what's the movement mod you're using
really enhances the tense experience of being chased by the walter dog and quandale dingle
It's Wheatley's parkour mod
0:56 - face poser it will help at any moment
Another thing that makes nextbots scarier is that they always know where you are, no matter what.
ever since Sanic appeared on the workshop gmod has never been the same
How is this so fucking tense, and I want to know all the mods that he's using.
Like, I get the map and the parkour thing, but what is this gamemode and how do you have entities spawning at random without overpopulating the map?
i really love how strong you break down the doors in an attempt to escape the nextbots
do you know how to run through the doors? ive tried everything it dont work
@@Kcreek4x nope
@@Kcreek4x It's a workshop add-on called Wheatley's parkour swep.
i swear to god gmod chases like this one are the most scared anything has gotten me no joke
Normally i dont get scared by chasing stuff but this stuff
Some of these chases are genuinely more eerie and tense than some of the best horror games out there because of how quick the nextbots are.
This is a literal algorithm goldmine here
I fear no man, but that thing 0:21 It scares me.
That Easily?
Whats up guys
Its quandale dingle here
Ritz crackers is a brand of snack cracker introduced by Nabisco in 1934. The original style crackers are disc-shaped, lightly salted.
yeah, this is correct
yeah
It's scary and thrilling, which makes it even more hilarious, really kafkaesque, love it.
1:12 my anxiety levels went so high
I don't know why but watching these makes me want to download a bunch of these next bot mods and experience it for myself.
