Beautiful ride, man! Love the twisty roads and how you go from tarmac to gravel and back and forth. Glad you were able to get slowed down to avoid that deer! What a site to catch that on camera! Ride safe! ✌🏼

@@Nicontrast I need to get that new bike out on some adventures like this! I am thinking of taking the Shadow out on some backroad adventures this summer as well!

Great scenery. Bet your tail bone felt some of those pot holes on the dirt road even though I'm sure it was fun. I always seem to forget about the bad part of trips after a few weeks and just remember the good parts. Also love those wooden bridges going clakety clak when riding over them.
Would have been nice if there was a historic marker/signage around the homestead place.
Thanks for uploading a new (old?) one.

Lovely area. The Suzi Intruder has a terrific seat but I managed to snooker myself into some large potholes a couple times - was more worried about coming off just before I reached Brayshaw's Homestead, but was loving the scenery and remoteness. They had some brochures at the building, I went and found it online for you so you could have a look, it's here: www.environment.act.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0005/404591/The-Settlers-Track.pdf
Always love seeing your comments Willa Jabir and knowing the things you enjoy on your rides - I'm a big fan of bridges, especially those old wooden bridges too. Have a good one mate!

@@Nicontrast Great link. The one thing that surprised me most was the high cost of glass. Never occurred to me. Thanks!!!

Thanks! Yes, I've had sheep, cows, rabbits, horses (and most commonly humans in cars) jump out in front of me - but I didn't even know deer were out there until that day! Enjoy your upcoming ride!
