@Hangin’ With Hooper Heather, Actually, I thank you for sharing this on here because teachers on here who do what you are doing has caused me to share things that I was once afraid to talk about publicly and that is My Experiences from when I was an autistic sped school student in hopes that my insights from those days may help you or boost you. Take it from me, "Behaviors" are hereditary and so should help with managing your students and providing better resources to put harder things into more understandable techniques and terms so that the students are more teachable and they learn more. Also you kind of said it all yourself. If you don't use it you lose it and therefore parent backup with teaching and demonstrating skills to children should also be hereditary. Today there are resources available that were not available back when I was a school student and it is time for today's parents to start taping into them for their kids. With that said, there are teachers out there who are going through the same thing and a number of them are near on the way out because of the way that certain things are right now and here you are even with having your moments you are still teaching and that speaks to your endurance. Keep your head up. - Dwight
@@hanginwithhooper You're welcome Heather. Hopefully your video will inspire some change through people and hopefully some politicians out there taking a look at what's really going on here in this country. - Dwight

Thank you so much for your kind message! It’s so hard to share publicly, but it has to be done!
