Learn Chinese With Emma
I visited Xian just recently and it was a great experience. The bustling muslim quarter, Drum tower along with the bell tower and overall modern city with a great link to the past. If anyone goes, their interpretation on a "hamburger" is amazing

Xian is a great city in my opinion. It is on the smaller side so it has much less pollution than the bigger cities like Beijing or Shanghai. The wall and surrounding yards were beautiful and full of people at night or in the morning. It certainly gets hot but it is dry heat at least.

I know you posted this video many years ago but I'm a new learner of the Chinese language. This was definitely one of the cities I want to visit. I was going to travel to China this year. However, the world was hit by the Coronavirus pandemic so had to put my travel plans on hold. In the meantime I'll continue studying my Mandarin Chinese and hope that soon the number of cases of Covid-19 start to lessen and we can begin traveling again.

I just subscribed to your channel, I just wanted to say thank you for teaching us Mandarin! I recently decided to learn Mandarin, I have a passion for ancient history and China has quite a rich history. I already know a couple of languages, due to my line of work I have the chance to use 3 languages, but now I wish to learn Mandarin, really no reason, I just feel like it would be fun to learn and for me it's a really exclusive language.

I am adopted from Hunan China and i hav ebeen back to China for a chance to see my home country and when I was there I missed America so much but right now I would love to live there for a few years mabey on a visa so I can learn chinese better. But that will be in the future because I need to finnsh my years in school! I enjoy waching your videos because it makes me want to learn more and more and even more day by day! I am taking spanish in school and I hate it because I know that I really want to learn chinese and communicate in the langue that I was born for. I am sitting here in America and reflecting on my trip there and relizied that the tour that I had taken was not enugh for me and I want to go back there so bad! Xie xie!
