However, it is an indication of Riot getting creative especially with the falling mechanic - similar to Vertigo in CS where you have some skill jumps that you can fall to your death on. Map enjoyment will naturally be divided. I know plenty of people who hate Icebox and Breeze because they were so one-sided. In fact, you can lump Icebox, Breeze and Abyss together as a category of maps structured with hard execs and much deeper mid flanks. Maps like Sunset, Ascent, Bind and Split have a fairly shorter distance from lobby to site. With Abyss, you definitely need a strong mid presence to apply pressure in a way that isn't just flood from main. Overall, this map is more of a fun experimentation of structure, but it's nothing we haven't seen before. It's just a matter of finding the right agents to play to give more creativity to your execs.

Not every map need to be designed for pro play. They're doing something new, trying some things everytime. Me and my friends used to get laugh out of the atrocious we did on that map. I think it served it's purpose well.
i dont understand why everyone calls esports players stints of 2 years or more a tenure, it couldnt really be used any more wrong, tenure is when you have an indefinite contracts length where you cant get fired without absolute cause, but someone plays a video game where they could get dropped at any time any place for any reason and people think its a tenure situtation

But the way TacticalRab is using it isn't incorrect either by alternative definitions. There are other definitions in Cambridge Dictionary and other sources which allow it to be "being the legal owner of [...] a job, or the period of time in which you own it." Contextually, it might be inappropriate given this term is used for academic positions, but by the plain definition, it is fine to use.
