The excuse is weak as fuck honestly. If the songs are too hard, then maybe idk, don’t write the music in an uncomfortable range. It’s his own music, he can write it however he wants to!
@@ErikLeeTroche yes, and that's why he generally changes the tone of his songs when he's singing live (as you can see with High Hopes). The thing is, he'd never performed that song live before. Many factors influence your voice, from the weather to your emotions (both positive and negative) among other stuff, because vocal chords aren't autotune, but muscles. This was a test for him. He'll probably change the tone of Viva Las Vengance for the tour :)
@@mfpperera no, that’s not how singing works at all. I’ve got minor training and performed with many singers and musicians and they all will tell you what you just said is simply a false narrative. The fact that he hasn’t sung and performed in front of people is even more of a reason he shouldn’t have sounded bad. Singing, like many things, requires practice and to me it’s clear he doesn’t practice safely. High Hopes is in a comfortable range for him. It’s not belting and seems like a pretty easy song for tenors. This new album has many high screams and belts and if done in an unsafe manor, it will damage your voice. It doesn’t matter how old he is (35 is far too young to be losing his voice like), the best can sing for as long as possible if done healthy. Thank you so much for this!
I’m seeing next month and I literally cannot wait😭😭
23:17 that's so awesome! God bless this lady!
HE SOUNDS INCREDIBLE
Stop lying to yourself
@@Hope-ws8bo Wow, glad I asked for your input. We can agree to disagree, done arguing with people over stupid crap
When VLV came out I was livid for the album. When middle of a breakup came out I was like … oh.. yeah no. But now the albums slowly growing on me, say it louder is my favourite
panic at the throat doctor
I doubt he'll need to go there, because as said a hundred times before, he was nervous. Extremely nervous.
@@xxMVGFan8xx his new album is legit shit , he can’t hit the notes. It’s fucking obvious atp he probably has vocal nodes 😭
@@xxMVGFan8xx he already sounded extremely strained on the studio recordings though.
Nah Brendon is still the G.O.A.T. did y'all hear that at 17:44 😳
And 17:58
17:59 is so clean am i right
AAH IT JUST MAKES ME SO HAPPY HES DOING WHAT HE LOVES AGAIN! he came back when I needed him again
I've missed him so much, this makes my soul happy.
you can tell he's getting tired of singing high hopes lmaooo and tbh I don't blame him 😂 sounded more in his place with i write sins. also I know he's nervous because it's his first concert after 3 years but I also feel like he doesn't feel like it's HIS show, more so the today show lol like idk but so so proud of my bb
Wow he sounded so bad during Viva, I’ve actually never heard him sound that bad live
He was super nervous and it was his first time performing since 3 years ago, so I can kinda understand why he struggled. But I'm sure he'll improve it by tour
he honestly just sounds nervous :( i’m sure in time with tour his voice with smoothen out
Seriously so bad 🫣
I love Panic! AND Brendon but I have to sadly agree with you on this one. Not sure what's up but it's nowhere near normal
@@Saxonous seriously!! I love him too so not trying to “hate”, but that’s the worst I’ve ever heard him sound
only 6 months til i get to hear brendon live and i am OBSESSED with the new album, OMG, and his vocals are on point righgt now!!!!
Thank you for sharing this videoooo 🙆🏻♀️
Very surprised he sang I write Sins not Tragedies. It's definitely out of his wheelhouse now snd I think he secretly hates it lol. Props for him to make his fans happy though.
love how they have to change the lyrics to censor the “oh shit” but the chorus is literally just “make up sex”
im so excited i scored some tickets for me and my friends omg- september is so close yet so far
I’m really hoping we get a leg two for the tour…
A date for Mexico would be cool :(
So would Australia would love to see them again first I saw them was 2018 been a fan since 2016 2017 I believe
Well…
@@BrandonBryler no tires sal a la herida bro :(
Btw, tus Tik Toks están perros 🫶👌
I’m obsessed with Brendon that doll looks so cute!!!
Is it just me or does MOAB sound much better live?
Nope, imo it does sound better live
his voice sounds so tired... hope he will get in shape for the tour!
It sounds tired on the studio recording too. He ruined his voice with all the drinking and smoking.
Great job guys! Thanks for everything! I’ll see you guys in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 7/19/23.
I CAN'T WAIT to finally see Panic! as my first concert ever in Cologne '23!
Köln is ja nich so beliebt.
Thank you for uploading!
Even his backup "My voice is faltering so I will rely on this technique" sounds better than most singers.
Thank you for this 💜
0:00 don't panic
Me : to late
Everybody saying he was just nervous, i don't think it was only nerves, it sounds like he had COVID too. When i had COVID, it killed my range too
I mean he sounded good in the sound checks.
thank you for posting the video !!
Thank you for posting!!!!
I love this key better than the original in high hopes.
The way that one guy rose his eyebrow during middle of a breakup🤣💀
Thanks for the video
