I was stuck on how to blast the air through that pipe but I now know. You need to hold down the square button then release.

I could never do this level when I was young, and as a result I gave up on the game entirely. Can't blame you for taking a ragequit breather in the middle there.
By the way, do you know if this music was featured in Project Zoo? Never played it myself, but I swear I remember seeing a clip that featured this tune.
