I committed too much trying to gun him head on, so my I lost a bit of speed, and the angle of the merge wasn't great because of me taking the shot. So I tried to go vertical to hopefully get him to lose eyes on me, but he followed me up, and I wasn't at a great position energy and speed wise if I wanted to continue the fight. Going vertical did give me the option to dive extend and then recommit, which is always a good tactic if you plane is faster then your opponents, and you can get enough separation.
3080ti 9700k processor. overclocked to 5.0 32 gigs of ram playing at 1440 P with settings at max for most things except SSAO, and SSLR are off, and using DLSS, on quality setting, with 0.5 sharpness. everything runs well but i have a bit of a RAM and processor bottleneck, especially at the start of a multiplayer session
I always enjoy these unedited type of videos. It's interesting to see what people are thinking/doing as they zip around.
I like this format to get a person’s thought processes.
Wow, it never occurred to me to not fight every guy I merge with. That takes some real restraint!

Yummy and saucy
Looks gorgeous. What are your specs? I'm shopping for a new rig to replace my potato-tier machine. Nice flying as always!
