and Melanie didn't even responded back.

Dude you can feel the anger coming out of him. My mom would do the same gesture when we were being bad at the grocery store as kids, except she wouldnt ball up her fist, she would just pinch our arms a little bit and threaten to punish us when we got home lmao.

He was stupid when it came to women. He understood men well as we see in his conversation with Max and his dealings with Beaumont. But with women he overestimated the dumb ones (Melanie) and underestimated the smart ones (Jackie).

It's hard to believe that Melanie could have hung around with these guys for so long and yet still be so naive as to how dangerous they can be. On the other hand, Lois met a similar fate to the one he meted out without suspecting that Ordell would ever turn on him. Perhaps it just is the case that crims are none too bright.

A womans satisfaction comes in many forms,
      An ear to listen
      An embrace
      A kiss
      A carress
      Intimacy
Of the above, to which do you refer.

Actually, no need to wish for it, if your social skills are so poor you act like a damaged sociopathic loser, you'll never be able to get a girlfriend in the first place. Or they'll quickly realize how insecure you are if you're violently sensitive about it, will probably leave you so they don't have to deal with dating a weak pussy who can't handle it when you get messed with by a girl.

There were signs inviting shoppers to apply as extras for a movie. I was damn near late for an international flight out of LAX, but with hindsight I would've missed my friggin' flight to be in Jackie Brown.

Eddie Sharp Not if you're from L.A. I love how the dull areas of the city are used as backdrops. Places like East Hollywood, Del Amo mall, South Bay, and the mention of Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles were used to great effect. There's a seediness to these places that unfortunately was lost on you. Still, the black comedy in JB is fantastic not sure why you thought it was dull

The movie seems perfect just the way it is. But the casting was originally vastly different. Pam Grier and Samuel L. Jackson were always cast in their roles; But originally, De Niro was to have been the agent that Michael Keaton plays, Harvey Keitel was to have been Max Cherry, and Sylvester Stallone was to have been Louis. Can you imagine that??? I think it worked out for the better. However, it apparently drove a wedge between Keitel and Tarantino for a while when Tarantino had apparently already asked Keitel to be Max Cherry, and then while Keitel was in London shooting another film, Tarantino called him and told him he was going with Robert Forster instead. After they'd done "Reservoir Dogs", "Pulp Fiction", and "From Dusk till Dawn" together, Keitel was pissed. They apparently didn't speak for over two years after that. The only time Keitel has worked with Tarantino since was a small voice-only cameo in "Inglourious Basterds". But they made up many years ago.
