You could yes. But it will be closer to 5. It gets busy during that time as people go for fajr so it will be traffic as well. Personally I prefer to get it done no matter the crowd but you ha ena option to also sleep

Honestly non. It's busy. Usually I open the Haramain TV and look at the crowds. Just after fajr or before dhuhr when people want to go sleep for a bit

@chaucerflanders7918 read up on your own and decide. They don't charge interest on yoir transactions. In the same principle HSBC does too

From the UK you can get the visa as waiver for 35 at arrival it is 120
