    Hi Paul. Great you have been doing what you have on UA-cam, not only to let those who care know what's happening etc, but also to help others going through life and its difficult journeys. Something important that so many do not realise is that we alone are in control how we feel mentally. I was advised about that about fifteen years ago, and after a lot of work on myself, how I control what comes into my head is so much better. If we get hit by physical pain, we can't do anything about that initial hit, but when something happens mentally, we should be able to recognise that thought etc and decide what we want to do ; how we want to feel. No one [well very few] would want to feel sad and wallow and then sink further into the depths of depression. In an instant, choose how you want to go with it. It is very easy to say, but like many things in life, it is practice, practice, practice. For our racquet sports, it takes about 800 hits of a shot for it to be ingrained and natural. Give it a try.
