    Is it advisable to try new hair mask every wash day?

    • @miss_sennie
      @miss_sennie  2 роки тому +8

      Use hair masks according to the needs of your hair, your hair is shedding too much, use a mask that helps reduce the shedding, your hair is super dry and tangled especially after protective styling, use a mask with good slip that restores moisture back into your hair and helps you detangle your hair with ease, use hair masks according to the needs of your natural hair 💖

      Thanks for the question, please take your time to read
      the way our body requires different food Sources (balanced diet)
      *carbohydrates,(rice,maize, cassava, bread, etc:
      * proteins (eggs,meat, fish,beans etc, fats( vegetables oil ,margarine, peanuts, groundnuts,)
      *vitamins ( all the fruits and vegetables present on this earth)
      So does our hair because it's a part of our body, you need a good hair routine that includes a balanced sets of diys that contributes differently to your hair (hair strengthing diys, diys to reduce breakage, diys to reduce shedding, diys for removing dandruff, wash day tips to stop itchy scalp, hair growth, diys to Detangle hair easily, diys for moisturizing, scalp Refreshers )
      there's no one miracle product that can solve all these problems, let me know when you find one.
      Now take note
      Oils
      1. jojoba oil , olive oil, argan oil, almond oil, vit E oil, castor oil, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, coconut oil, peppermint oil, lavender oil, sesame oil, etc
      2. All the ayurvedic herbs used greatly by indians for ages + also scientifically proven for growth, herbs like; hibiscus, aloe vera, fenugreek, flaxseeds, amla, henna, rosemary,cloves, black seeds, moustard seed oil, etc
      3. Hair tea rinses ( green tea, black tea)
      All these and many more may have similar properties but they are not available to everyone, so the ingredients available to you, follow the tutorials and make masks according to your hair needs,
      You don't have to eat only rice everyday, it's not balanced , it's not healthy
      You don't have to use only fenugreek everyday, it's not balanced, it's not healthy
      That's why there different varied diys, with different ingredients that take care of different hair problems.
      Identify your hair problems, come on the channel, check if i addressed that particular hair problem , check if i have different methods or various masks that can solve that same exact problem, out of these masks, go for the one with ingredients you can easily get access to, make the mask and use it and enjoy the results. Thank you

    @miss_sennie: You make effective hair care videos. Why didn't you use hot water?

    • @miss_sennie
      @miss_sennie  2 роки тому +4

      Some herbs are heat sensitive, that is heat destroys most of the nutrients they contain, in order to get the most out of these herbs, it's safer to not use hot water.
