@@chickenmann9934 You would think so. During the ships first expedition, it had two gunboats for escort, but they had to break off and leave the region cause there were over a dozen other GB's trying to act as escorts, from nearly half a dozen clans. This caused the region to get filled up with over-crewed GB's and the battleship couldn't even get into the region for hours.
they're cheap. practically slavery really, 24/7 up and ready, there's inf supply of them and if the ship going down you have less paperwork to worry about because officially that ship is man by 0 person
Honestly as a warden infantry/tank player I really appreciate you recording and posting these naval videos, usually hear about the crazy shit you lot are doing but it’s impressive to actually see it like this
I am a colonial loyalist and I was stationed in origin when we saw your battleship. even do its depressing that the origin's defences was completely destroyed. it is awesome to see the brutal firepower of the battleship
That was awesome seeing like 30 guys working in unison to save the battleship when by all accounts it looked "safe" because it'd escaped to safer waters. Dev vision coming to life right there.
I just bought the game about 1 week ago and I joined KRGG not long ago. I did ops etc... I recognise some guys that are still in this regiment. The funny thing is that I'm proud to be part of this regiment just as I saw your video 😆
Moment I saw you boys were shelling Fort Duncan, it reminded me of when I led a pre-naval update navy op shelling a concrete BB there too. Was with the Beachmen and oh boy the amount of shells we dropped on that base. It was a thing of beauty. 4-5 duel 120mm gunboats pouring onto the Counter-Arty battries. I'll admit I had 1812 Overture playing in my head. Good times!
When I saw the SC spam in LoM all I could think was: " We just need one battleship". The best part was how 300mm wasn't teched yet. Also, Wardens controlled the waters and land around making a naval QRF pretty much impossible (at least without ample warning). I'll never understand the mind of a Collie... Why did those SCs get built in the first place? Much silly, too risky...
Never been on one of the bigger boats. My Silverhand group just got rekt by a battleship. Instantly tracked three of them on the first two volleys. RIP
guys, I'm new at foxhole, why the game always say connection to host has been lost every time I travel to a zone? I'm using home wifi without LAN cable
So I’m about to get Foxhole soon after watching so many videos and this game has surely peaked my interest. But one question, why does it seem that more people play Warden over Colonial? Is there a difference in tech trees?
each faction has their own weapons, vehicles and equipment that might serve the same purpose but function differently like the colonial 120mm artillery is on wheels while the warden one is emplaced and needs a crane to be moved around. as for your other question the population on each side fluctuates a lot depending on tech tier or time of day
Thats not entirely true. Ive been playing since just after LTs tanks were added (just before War 1 and were on War 108 now) Historically more people choose the collies, likely because their tanks, uniforms, gear, etc all mak the look more like your typical 1930s-WW2ish army. They typically have better tech progression and logistics and some of their stuff is easy to use whilst wardens generally have less equipment that's better on a one for one basis and takes a bit more experience to use optimally. The ratio varies somewhat with every war, but the collies do generally seem to have more people.
@@ostavastora4693 BOMAs, DUSKKSKKSSK, Catara, tanks you can buy at Walmart, Styggies, FAT TRUCKS that can cross trenches... AND amazing destroyers that go unchallenged due to how absolutely dogggg the submarine is but yeah being a bolonial is hard... cope
One thing I’ll warn you about is that people can be pretty toxic in this game. It’s very meta driven and people will absolutely yell at you/kill you/spam report you to get you temp banned if you do something outside the meta. People can also be very territorial about equipoment and bases. I had a group who shot people trying to use supply trucks to empty a port under siege because “it’s ours go find your own” it didn’t matter that they were parked not being used. This isn’t to discourage you I just think some people aren’t mentally prepared for the community because they see the cool videos online and don’t realize the shit you might have to put up with to get to these moments
You guys lay down some MEAN firepower
Tbh a battleship with escourt ships really just make something out of a game look cinematic as hell.
It was truly incredible to be sure
So what did we learn today kids? Skeleton crews are a bad idea...
also gunboat escorts arent a bad idea

One for the history books.
Way to go KRGG
The insertion of the BF1 clip was gold. Hate seeing my collies get pounded but that was good content
Dont worry us collies in origin are holding strong against these attacks
warden navy member here, if any of the krgg members are watching, yall are chads.

now I know why our cannons at linn of mercy disappeared...
That was an all timer gaming moment. I dreamed of this kind of gameplay when I was 13 playing BF1942

@@dicixspy6795 glad to hear you having fun
that kill on the arty hill on the last clip split origin wide open

Nice to know who shelled a small bit of finis also congrats on getting a battleship it was a fun fight defending finis.
The Warden navy is single-handedly keeping the war in play. Great job.

Just out of currioisty do you guys in the Warden Navy also happen to have a Wardern Marine Corps component as well?
Yes we do

That went well
Glory to the Warden Empire.
guys, I'm new at foxhole, why the game always say connection to host has been lost every time I travel to a zone? I'm using home wifi without LAN cable
Could be because of steam servers or client files.
@@BamBamTheEggman thanks I'll try to fix it, nice content btw 👍

short answer is :
Playing Warden: Easy mode
playing Colonial: Hard mode
(by foxhole standards)
