David's star was rising. It's sad that he didn't get to live long enough to enjoy all of his decades of hard work. He was a great husband and dad. His comedy was catching the traction it needed to become DYNAMIC!! He could have been the next superstar comedian like Eddie Murphy, Kevin Hart etc etc. He was going to be a HOUSEHOLD name.
This one really hurt me, felt like I lost a family member. David Arnold was an extremely gifted, talented, and inspirational man. Praying for his family.
David got that laugh right in the middle of sentences

This feel so unreal to me. David was the type of Person/ Comedian that made you feel like you have been knowing him for a long time. My era with David was years ago ‘Comedy Union, Improv I’m thinking I even saw David at the Maverick Flat on Crenshaw. Always so pleasant and humble. Couldn’t nobody tell me this man wasn’t my friend 😅because, he always treat me as such. I was looking through my photo albums and realize that I have a whole lot of pics of David when he was a regular at Comedy Union in my hood, Pico and LaBrea area. 😢 still can’t believe that he’s gone.

I'm lost for words thinking about how hard David's passing hit his family and friends. Rest peacefully David Arnold
So gifted, so handsome, so funny, and so down-to-earth. He just had that magic. I saw him for the first time on Black Love. I wish I had known him sooner. Even though I just got to know him, I cried when he passed away. Something about him just made me incredibly sad that he had to go so soon. He and Julie were soul mates. Prayers for the family.
When I first saw a David Arnold I literally rolled, I mean I laughed my lashes off! He Is definitely 1 of the best hands down. Beautiful husband, father, friend and mentor. Everyone loves you gone too soon, Rest Peacefully my Brother.

Man your words are so uplifting. I’m still watching his videos and I’m just stuck in try to understand but he did what he came to do. I pray for his family and friends. There was love holding them together.

Yes it does. The morning I woke up to the news of his passing, I'll never forget. I literally felt my heart breaking. It was sinking like a ton of bricks thrown in the lake. He got me through a very hard time in my life. I miss his daily mini live posts...get yourself one of these things called a family, it ain't for the weak!!!!

Wow, he grew up on Manor, we lived one street away on Mt. Auburn. Such a small world. I had friends who lived on Manor, probably walked past him many times. As he said, Cleveland Strong. Such a heartfelt memory for him knowing his grandfather's house is the only one still standing.
