We mexicans never eat fresh peppers cos they are sweet. We never put them in the refrigerator, we let them edged in a basquet room temperature. If they change color to red they're good. We mexicans never smoke them, we sun dry! We mexicans don't get in challenges to see who can bite the most hot. We cook our food with them. Fresh pepper ( candy) only for nort Americans.
