Zero percent chance all population groups evolved the same over thousands of years in very disparate climates and geographies.
Actually it's a very good change. Humans have a tendency to change their own environment to something more suitable for themselves and essentially removing themselves from the process of natural selection and thereby halting any changes due to evolution. Only minor differences in phenotype would be evident of any separation. I don't believe intelligence is dependant on race as for as upbringing.

There were several case studies that the left tried to downplay. For instance there were cases involving twins who were raised apart in different states and sometimes in different countries whose performances on IQ tests given to them were almost identical. Then there were cases where non white children who were adopted by whites that did not perform as well as their adopted white siblings and other white children their age on IQ tests given to them. These examples ruled out differences in IQ due to differences in social economic background and differences in environments.

Winning a nobel Prize doesn't guarantee your opinions to be sacrosanct. Everything else he says outside of his field is opinionated. Just because Micheal Jordan won MVP in basketball doesn't mean he can challenge Maradona at soccer. The world have seen lots of great scientist and mathematicians who have made grand errors and miscalculations throughout history.

He said something that is objectively true... You can argue about what causes it to be true like environmental pressures and evolution. But you can't argue over whether it's true. It's extremely well documented by everyone that studies intelligence.

The term “intelligence” has no definition. There are many different forms of “intelligence”, however defined. IQ tests test for certain aspects like mathematical ability, short term memory, and abstract reasoning. You also can’t control for environmental factors. Identical twins with the same DNA raised apart don’t get the same IQ score. There is variation that is only explained by environment.

While the White British average was 84.6%, there were four Black African groups (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and Amharic speakers) that had a pass rate of over 90%[59]. As a white child growing up in government housing and being a minority in my community, I began to notice intellectual differences around the age of 12. I watched many black children struggle with things that I thought was common sense. Academically struggling with what White, Latino, and Asian students seemed to just get. Socially it was the same thing to do things or say things without ever seeming interested in the consequences or how it affected others. I found myself shying away from childhood black friends the older I got because you begin to see things differently by the time your 18 and yet they seemed like they were still stuck at a 12 yo mentality always wanting to play and live for the moment. It was something my latino friends noticed as well but we not dare talk about it in fear of the retaliation from those who seemed to never matured. Say what you want but in the eyes of most black people, we are all the same but from the eyes of a white person we are worlds apart. Call it racism but the cognitive differences are there and as long as whites and blacks live together whites will notice physical advantages of blacks along with their cognitive shortcomings. The education system in America trying to tackle this by lowering and lowering the curriculum, only hurts us all in the end.

If your referring to the native Americans when you say “locals”, the black indigenous American conspiracy isn’t a standard belief of black Americans. Many do not care to displace them further, it’s standard education in schools across the country to be aware of native heritage and loss.
On the matter of slavery, I cited it as evidence of a production focused society. Not that it’s ideological reasoning was justified, which rather than racial grounds as in the United States for example, in West African empires like Mali and Songhai were on status as a Muslim or some other localized convention.

To further define that, I mean movies and other entertainment depictions in popular media, not scholarly journals and historians.

Well intelligence is rather a spectrum than just a unary concept. If he is referring to IQ then yes there are disparities between different racxs. But IQ is just an aspect of intelligence and general intelligence is rather more complicated and complex to give an objective measure to it. And each of the different races would happen to be more gifted on specific aspects ( Asians are more spatially intelligent, Blxcks are more kinesthetically intelligent etc) . Well you can say they are difference in the aspects but it's almost impossible to deduce whether one race is greater than the other on general intelligence due to this multiple complex aspects
