Hey! Not sure if you are aware but you can “scan” the tags in a few shops and save the item on the app. I do it in/on Zara & H&M but I’m sure there are others. Wasn’t sure if you were aware as you mentioned that you take a picture of the tags and write it in your notes. Hope that helps x
