When I extract the itsv suit the file doesn't show in the file when I try to mod it but when I check the extracted folder from this pc the file is there . Can some one help

nah that vs spot scenario really fits the mod haha even the voice. but i like the more leen 2099 wish u had that one aswell for ATSV
did you use the suit adder tool? or the modding tool? alot of people are having issues atm on nexus
Both. The Cell-shaded and True Black suits were smpc mods that replace/retexture the native 2099 suit
