Donna. It will be hormones I am 75 and still get menopause symptoms, believe it or not, including mood swings. I was watching him eating today and felt like smashing his face in because he was chewing loud 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If it is any consolation we still get ( well I do) the symptoms from PMT, I still 1s a month get depressed for nothing, the hot flushes/flashes mood swings. It will pass. Just hang on in there. Put your fave sing a long music on xx
@nannyskely30. yes, I do, too. I had a sub- total hysterectomy when I was 37 , left with ovaries. I'm 65 now, and deffo notice a regular pattern of mood and depression swings. Them hormones ain't gonna leave us alone . 😒

Use rosemary oil on you hair rub in and leave on as long as can then wash out it takes a few months to see the difference xx
