❤️Jimin, since age 11 studied, performed, & competed (winning every competition) in hip hop, popping (excels), & street dance, attending the renowned Busan Just Dance Academy, while also attending middle school, where being quite athletic, joined football team, excelled in track, awesome basketball player, great at billiards as well!! He then started studying & ultimately performing contemporary. The media even called Jimin 'The rising star of Busan', after seeing a performance! Jimin, while attending Busan High School of the Arts, aside from studying contemporary dance, also studied ballet and even traditional Korean dance!! Jimin even had an offer to dance overseas, which he turned down because he wanted to be a singer as well since the 2nd grade!! To the dismay of one of his dance instructors, who said, "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!!
So Jimin auditioned for BigHit and ultimately was last member to join BTS, only having just a few months being a trainee, as opposed to all other member who were there already for 2-3 yrs!! Even so Jimin still received the official title of Main Dance & Lead Vocalist!!! Jimin now has also won the title King of Kpop as well as Best #1 Top Dancer in Kpop, both for 2 years in a row!!! His stage presence is incomparable, so mesmerizingly spectacular. Jimin even earned the name Stage Commander'!! Jimin is even called the 'Rookie's Bible'! Other idols look up and try to emulate & learn from him. He's looked up to by many Kpop idols who he's quite popular with!! As well as other renowned artists and celebs worldwide.
Jimin, since a quite young age, for 8 yrs also trained in various forms of martial arts: Taekwondo (Blackbelt), Hapkido, Kumdo (Korean form of Kendo), & Chinese martial arts which all gave him his amazing inner core strength as well as his phenomenal flexibility, which Jimin applies to all his gravity defying dance moves! Jimin has found a way to incorporate all his various dancing style abilities as well as his vast knowledge of martial arts into his own unique absolutely so amazingly spectacular dancing abilities.

This one shows Jimin's ability to dance all styles: Hip Hop, Popping, Freestyle, Contemporary, Flips, Leaps, Spins, & Jimin's outstandingly awesome dance practice for his song "Lie". Sadly the one shown here shows JIMIN mainly dancing with the rest of the members, plus even dance practices where he doesn't give his all as he does in live performances!! Plus it hardly features any of his legendary solo performances!!

Bts always works hard and is the best on stage, but among them, Jimin stands out exceptionally and his body movement and expression are at a different level, so it looks like art.I can't take my eyes off Jimin.He's special.

There are a number of award shows that male and female "idols" perform at, in groups, individually, in duets, etc. Jimin has done a number of them by himself, with JHope, Jungkook, Taemin.

That's why they tend to dress in more normal like clothes when they practice. Early days of choreo it is usually more comfortable (sweats, leggings, big shirts) but when it gets time to do it for real, they are usually more in regular clothes. For dance practice videos they are all usual outfits for them so you see jeans, combat boots and tims etc. They perform in normal clothes so they try to train in normal clothes so nothing feels weird or burdensome when they perform. Another great reaction!

The white rooms is just a practice studio. Their MVs are great, but the watching the dance practices lets you see the full choreo that gets cut up during the MVs. Also... Jimin will practice in jeans and JK wears Timberlands all the time.

Loved your reaction💜 I’m OT7, they are my world and happiness. My ultimate bias in Kpop is Jimin (main dancer and lead vocalist) aka Korea’s it boy he holds a special place in my heart, but also bias J-hope (rapper and main dancer) aka the sunshine. The rest of the members are my bias wreckers but to be honest Jungkook (main vocalist and lead dancer) bias wrecks me the most. There’s so many reasons that Jimin is my ultimate bias. His stage presence is out of this world. Literally a stage genius, king of stage presence, and king of dance. He is very charismatic and sexy on stage. I love Jimin’s facial expressions when he’s dancing. He has amazing dance lines they are irreplaceable. His dance moves are so fluid, smooth, elegant, and powerful. I love his voice. Has such a beautiful and unique voice. It’s so angelic, soothing, smooth, but can have an attractive sexy tone too. Most importantly his bright personality, he is very caring, thoughtful, supportive, comforting, and considerate to others and his members-an angle sent from heaven. Jimin is a happy pill to most army’s. He is very goofy and funny he always puts a smile on my face. Jimin is funny without even trying. Jimin is such a visual. He is so pretty, handsome, sexy, and cute all at the same time. His duality is unreal. J-hope as well always puts a smile on my face. I love his smile. He has such a bright smile that’s one of the reasons he’s known as the sunshine of the group. J-hope dances so smoothly, powerful, energetically, and I love it. I love that he always has a smile on his face when he’s dancing on stage. I feel in love with j-hopes rapping. I love his flow, and also his singing because even though he’s not a vocalist he actually is cause that man can also sing. I also love his personality as well. He is funny and friendly. He is very outgoing, loyal, trustworthy, and organized. Overall I love them all. Each member is unique in their own way, awesome, kind, caring, hardworking, and talented people. That’s why it was so difficult and took me awhile to pick a bias.

Jimin wasn’t actually behind in that contemporary duet. If you watch the other dances, throughout the entire video the choreo is not aligned with the music, a common problem with compilation videos. If you’ve got this music and choreo ingrained in your heads like Army, you would notice the differences throughout. It’s just more obvious when you have only 2 dancers on a plain stage.
Jimin is an incredible dancer. This video however, didn't do much to show his skills. The video of him in the tight shorts, shirtless with the open over shirt is a video from when he was in highschool. He attended a performing arts school and his teacher always praised him for his technique and hard work. Jimin was top of his class, he really is skilled in modern dance- That's the style he's most versed in.
That being said he does hold his own in other styles and has dabbled in other styles as well. He's not afraid to admit he lacks with freestyle, it's just something he doesn't think he does well enough. Of course many of us believe he does very well in even freestyle, maybe it's not his strongest area but he can hold his own for sure.
He is one of the Key aspects to BTS's dance though, the other piece of that would be J-Hope. Main dancer Jimin and Dance leader/captain/stage director J-Hope are a duo that to me, and many ARMYs are the top of the top when it comes to dance. There are other amazing dancers in Kpop and all over the world- But Jimin.. and Jhope.. their skills and the aura they give off when they dance- are just the best of the best to me.

Also watch that J-Hope compilation till the very end to see our Hobi breaking out in a girl group dance- he danced to red velvet's song- 'Ice Cream'
BTS and Red Velvet are friends, though they are from different companies. The girls from RV also reacted to him doing that dance and they all busted out laughing. It was quite funny.
Also, no other reactor has viewed much of Pre-debut BTS, so if you want to hear some old raps/see some old raps from RM,Suga, and the original line up let me know. Also if you'd like I can link you to some Hobi dance videos from when he was mentored by Bangster, who was the leader of his dance crew before Hobi joined BTS. I can link some vids of a young Hobi dancing.

@@SmileysSip Sorry lol. yes, J-Hope's real name is Hoseok, his nick name/names are Hobi and Hoba(Suga is the one who calls him Hoba the most out of the guys)- ARMYs usually call him Hobi or Sunshine.
Yes, RM was the original kid(he wasn't quite 17 yet when he signed with BigHit to be a trainee. There was an original line up that consisted of him and his friend from the underground rap scene Supreme Boi, a rapper named Iron, and two other guys who I don't remember the names of, one of them was like.. Kyd-something. I can't remember lol. Anyway, that was the original line for the Rap group that BigHit was intending on starting. One of the guys who's names I can't remember left and Suga was signed on. Then the other dude who's name I don't remember also left and J-hope came in. Now when Hobi/Jhope came in BigHit noticed he had taken voice lessons, AND was a dancer. So they got him into rapping- Supreme boi, RM, and Suga helped him with that. Iron left once BigHit brought on Jin and Jungkook, Iron saw this group was heading more toward dancing and a singing element and he wanted to stay true to his rapping only. So he started a solo career.
Supreme boi is close friends with RM and became close with Suga and J-Hope and he decided that being in a Kpop Idol group wasn't for him but he wanted to write/produce so he stayed in BigHit as one of the 'in house producers'. In the early years he worked with them a lot, but as BTS has been able to write, produce, compose more on there own he's been helping BigHit's newer boy group- TXT, and is helping with the new Bighit Label artists like GFriend/Seventeen ect. He still helps out BTS if they need it, and he's still sees them/is close with them.

jimin has said that he is always one beat behind when dancing. regardless his dancing is unique and amazing
They do fitting practice too and stage practice, they basically practice and prepare everything. But by now they can basically dance in anything, even heels. V also performed with extremely heavy coats on during last tour.
New album "BE" and single "Life Goes On" is dropping in 7 hours! Make sure to check it out! Jungkook directed the music video and it will overall be a piece of work very close to their hearts.

You should react to jhope dancing, and he has a lot of videos of him dancing, he started dancing at a very young age and joined a dance team in his home town and became popular there. He won many awards and is very centered around the hip-hop styles but can switch up his style and do house style and isolation. And come to think of it even if jhope is apart of one of the biggest loop group he is very under appropriated and does not get time to fully show his capabilities
