Here is an easy glitch to get 50,000,000 credits in Gran Turismo 6.

I have finished all the GT, but for me there is no such point of the Gt mode because IA is nut. The whole point is time trial with the recent supercars

Quick Matches were an online feature where you do a quick race against othe people online. You could just do a couple of races (plus the credit boost when you go online) and you're flooding with credits
Sadly Polyphony took down the online servers on GT6 so you can't do any multiplayer anymore

I do the ia gt3 series at silverstone cuz you get 80k for winning and you can cut out huge parts of the track

As of 12/14 @2:40 central. it works !! and for the people who say it doesn't it's because you have to actually play the game for a few hours to be rewarded the BMW m4 .

that's like only a 4 megabyte/second download...(5 min = 300 seconds, 1207/300 = 4.023 MB/s)...doesn't sound too fast for me...not the slowest either...nothing shocking at all...I get 110 Mbit/s (= 13,75 MB/s) out of my wifi from the Internet....internal network is a bit faster.

I'm sure there is a troubleshooting of some sort. Guys who find glitches and stuff, I'm sure they all have some type of checklist to exploit systems. That or someone from inside leaks ideas.

man gT6 has such a clean interface
Gt4 I used the escudo pikes peak in a 300 lap race and it just race along the walls lol. I set a chair on the accelerator and a rubber band holding the analog stick and walked away. Come back in a bout 2 hrs and I won the race. Those endurance races were tiring when actually playing lol.
This does still work with 1.02, just did it now ^^..
If we need to start off with 720k then we may as well just keep saving that money and be rich.

Hey. I have the latest update 1.01 installed! (played yesterday online) but there is no gt6-update-file in my Game Data Utility! there is only one 28kB file from 12/5/2013 in the utility.
Maybe this only work with BlueRay versions??

You absolutely can. I would recommend taking the time (several hours) buying everything you want in firmware 1.00 and upgrading every car to the max. You just might have to have 20-30 BMW on reserve to sell. That is what I did with the original 20,000,000 credit glitch. It took me about 6-7 hours to buy 300 cars and buy all of the parts I could for them. The game says that I have spent about 60 million credits on car upgrades alone. At least now I can focus on getting my Super License and compete online without having to do any serious grinding.
Thanks, man! Though I did mine in a couple of minutes. Just bought more m4's from 1.01, deleted the update, bought all the high priced cars and left 6 more to get the 50 million creds after updating to 1.01.
Vincent Hall Oh and one more thing. After you buy all of the cars you want you will notice that all of the car images will disappear when you upgrade back to firmware 1.01. If you go to your garage and select all cars, you can update them all at once. This, again, will take some a while to complete but it is completely automated and you won't have any problem remembering which car is which in your garage. (My 300+ car garage took a little more than 40 minutes to update all of the car images)
I suggest before ANYONE tries any of these cheats, glitches or hacks that they see on youtube, PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL GAME ONTO A FLASHDRIVE! This way if your fuck up or lose anything, you can just delete your failed hack game and reload your old game that you saved. It takes literally 5 seconds to save it and another 5 seconds to restore it. Just saying guys.
Do you think it'll still work now as long as I delete the updates?
Do NOT use this for any patch after 1.01. Deleting the patch now completely wipes all save data you may have had up to this point, rendering the glitch useless and forcing you to grind through the whole game again.

~ "Dein Spielstand ist von einer aktuelleren Version des Spiels. Bitte lade ein Update herunter!"
it isn't working anymore because the 1.01 patch and 1.02 patch are now downloaded in one single file
I would try this if you have the digital version, it looks like a bunch of people are saying "lost all cars" or "deleted whole game"

He's also cleaning the money by buying the most expensive cars pre update so when he actually updates no flags are raised and he can just sell the cars to get 50mil with a 170k investment . Sweet

I bought 6 m4 But in my game data utility there is only one file for Gt6 it is version 1.01 but it's 4115 mb is this because there is now a 1.02 with the patch for this glitch?
DONT ATTEMPT THIS.
To date there is 22 or so updates and you have to do each one individually or else the game won't start and play.
You're better off doing the updates and unlocking the red bull standard and just doing the first race as many times as possible in one sitting. 1st place pays $130.000 cr.

mhm...i was on 1.14. have all vision cars and the m4 sold from my savegame, in hoping to get not an corrupted savegame. choosen an anniversary car. then i have deleted it. got back to 1.01. would start it, but game says that my gamesave is from an updated version. what can we do? did i miss something, maybe 1 newer car in my garage?
I have the downloaded version GT6 and there is no file in Game Utilities to delete. Any way around that?

what it does is corrupt car delarships
because the bmw m4 coupe was added in 1.01
and then you remove it by going back to 1.00 but you have it
and then it's car "2074" because its the 2074th car to the game and has no name (to the game, you can drive some other things as cars)
and then its default sale price
and then the max it can display
and then when you reinstall 1.01
it gets confused
because car 2074 is the M3 but its not.
then - the max credits are expanded in the update
sell the 20m cars for 6m
and voila! 50m credits!
once i finished deleting and started up game it asked to do an update i declind it thinking it would be a patch and then my file got restarted. FML what went wrong ?

This glitch might have worked in 2013 but there have been too many patches and I'm sure Polyphony Digital has fixed this glitch one year later. I almost tried this anyway but I have such a large collection and making money is no problem for me so I say, EARN YOUR CREDITS! This glitch won't work if you've upgraded this far.
OK SO THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE TRYING THIS GLITCH IN 2021:
first of all i have a modded ps3 with hen 4.86 (i'm too lazy to update i know) and a digital copy (pirated obviously) of gt6 ayrton senna edition (bcus99247) which is in ver 1.00 right off the bat.
couldn't find the 1.01 update anywhere in the internet so i went with the 1.02
1.02 version patched this glitch so don't even bother. you will only lose money.
bought those 6 m4 coupe. deleted the update and when i went back to the game they were gone along with my credits.
i'm safe though because i made a backup of my savegame. no worries.
but yeah, this doesn't work anymore as long as the update 1.01 is lost.

this glitch is real BUT you need to be on version 1.01, and that specific patch is gone. couldn't find it anywhere.
yet, you can still make cash replaying races like the redbull challenge. just saying

No point to cheat in this game or any racing games. Did this once with the PS2 version GT4, then suddenly the games become boring. The only useful cheat for me is no tyre wear and unlimited fuel, but still they'll take the fun of the games. Doing racing over and over just so you could buy your dream car is more satisfying in the end plus you'll increase your racing skill

Yes, delete the patch 1.11 then do the glitch...
1) Why sell the cars for 50.000.000 when you can just buy more BMW's and repeat the process? Also, I could buy all 20 million cars that way, why have to resell them just to go over the limit?

The original firmware still limits you to 20,000,000 credits max. The purpose of buying cars to resell in version 1.01 is to be able to reach 50,000,000 with the newest patch. Thanks for the video by the way. I watched have been watching your videos over the last couple of days.
I was thinking buying more than 5 bmws. Like the more bmw u have the more money you'll get but it might not work who knows
It just works if you got the mercedes before starting the 1.2 update! You are just loosing all cars an prices you earned the last 2 weeks...
easier way, with more money... get the gifted amg vision gt, unistall 1.01,sell it without the patch and get 20mil, then re install patch, buy 20 Mercedes amg visions, then unistall the patch, and sell each 1 as need(credit cap is 20 mil. buy cars tll u have no money, then sell another vision gt) that way ull have every high dollar car in the game
Yeh but with that you would have to stay on 1.00, the purpose of this video is to give you plenty of credits so you can update back to 1.01 and carry on playing normally.

Can I do this just on version 1.00? Right Now 1.02 is out and I cannot download anything large because for some reason about 2.5 hours (which is WAY longer than it should be for my internet) into the download, it gets an error and stops the download. It happens every time. Could I just do the same thing and just not sell the $20 mil cars?

How did you get this to work so recently, do you have detailed steps. When I install the first update, I even unplugged the internet after the first download was finished and then when it's done installing it says V1.02 . After buying the M4 in V1.02 I delete the game data and when I load the game it doesn't recognize anything (none of my progress or cars). When I install the first update my cars etc. are back but it's again at V1.02 - frustrating! I worked hard in my Honda fit to earn the $120,000 for the M4 LOL
@@mvander7462 this glitch no longer works. Polyphony patched it by removing update 1.01 from the psupdate servers 5 years ago. It's now impossible because you can't install update 1.01

Make sure your not currently in the bmw or it wont work and freeze everytime.

By deleting the data utility does it delete all of your game progress or just bring you back to version 1.00

I think u can do, its just under Multiplayer. Wait until you have the 5 days (200%) then do they =) nice cars reward too
You've probably missed the really high paying one's, because I posted this comment 3 weeks ago, but with the 5 day log-in bonus you'll get around 150k.

I highly doubt you can get banned. People who buy the disc will essentially be starting out on the original firmware (1.00) and will ultimately have to update to the newest firmware. All they can really do is try to continue to patch this huge gaping hole they left in the game. By doing this you aren't really breaking any rules in my head. But that is just me.
You won't be banned, it's not your fault. They made a mistake when making the game, they can't blame the player. Cheat your way to victory man :D
Just like how GTA V has modders that hack millions. I was playing a freemode drunk with my buddy we were talkin chit on teh mic and some modder randomly gave me 125mil for no reason WTF LOL

When I tried while on was on ver 1.22 and when I deleted 1.22 it was stuck so I turned my PS3 off and back on and when I got on I had no luck and I have to update and start all over again, I lost everything due to that

I found away to drive any car in the game.first do all the red bull events you should have over a million car by the end of this your ps3 makes a backup data for gt6 on its own so after you do the events by any car you want and if you don't have enough cr sell the red bull fan car which you will win if you do the red bull events anyway take the car you bought for a spin then when your done delete your current data you'll have all your cr
back so have fun and yes it still works :-)
Been playing gt5 for a few days legit and got my b spec driver making me bank and I just downloaded gt6 just need to transfer it to my ps3 hdd and play
Why bother with a glitch, it only takes the fun away... if you did little effort to earn what you want, then why do it? If you work hard, it's much better because you know how much you put into it *the pride*.
Also theres maps where u can glitch to finish em faster and get fast money too
