    Want a tutorial on how I made this? Let me know below! It's similar to how I made my own USB-C cables! Check it here - ua-cam.com/video/04DT3YQDep4/v-deo.html

    Apple : we dont include new Cabbles on new iphone pckage because we want to save "Environment"
    also apple : lets makes all apples port hard to open and make it almost impossible to DIY the abbles so they can throw and buy a new one

    I don't like messing with the housing, so what I do, is cut the cable 3 inches from one end ( or more, less ) strip the wires and just solder them to a gx12 connector or something similar. And sleeve the original cable

    • @goodjihad
      @goodjihad  4 роки тому +1

      That works too! :) If not a much better alternative!

      @@goodjihad yeah.. I haven't seen anybody make a video of this. It's easy, buy a decent cable with the specs you want that works with your brick and device (3A or 5A charging, Qualcomm 3.0 fast charging, one plus warp ect), make sure the data transfer speed is 480mbps ( ensures 4 pins, if you get 3.1 you'll need 6 or 8 pin gx12/16) and that's it. Custom cable with an aviator to boot

    Nice video! I'd like to modify my Apple brand lightning to USB-C cable, to make it into a charge-only cable. No data transfer. Can you tell me which color wire or wires to snip?

    • @goodjihad
      @goodjihad  Місяць тому

      Typically green and white - the data lines. This might impact the charging speed however. I am not sure so this needs to be researched more on your part.

    My name is Joe Gaz and I want to get people CONNECTED to their technology in the most human way possible.
    I was curious if I could make my own iPhone cable. I have made others in the past and I knew that these fake connectors from all these wholesalers are fake. You are buying these fake cables daily not knowing that you are being robbed of your money and the company knowing full well that it will die within a week or a month.
    Let's do something about it and share it to all Apple users!
    I am not affiliated with Apple in anyway. I simply get connected to people using technology in the most human way possible. I wanted to make an iPhone cable which is sexy, quality and beautiful. This video demonstrates that!
    I hope you (and Apple) are inspired by this video and you create colored cables like this to match your iPhones or Apple devices.
    So, I ask you to please share this video! I think it's important that people do not get ripped off.

    Even the Apple cables aren't safe from having some sort of microchip communication thing in them as well as their phone components for repair?
    This is a new one for me to see only now.
    What happens when your lightning cable don't even have one embedded inside of the connector?
