Ha! I came to say go to Opera Square, just beneath the Mosque. Find the Melcom side, cross the road to the Mosque and there is an entrance into the light and electricals side - you go down steps. You can negotiate. Take a Ga speaker with you.

China mall have same/similar pieces at lesser price sometimes even less than the road side one. No negotiation hustle. I have couple of videos on that on here.

It is maybe 50 stores beneath the Mosque. That is where I bought my spotlights and wiring at excellent prices.

It's all coming from China, so make the effort to find Ghana retailer.
