Hi, I replaced the battery of my MacBook Pro 15 2017 model A1707 as per the procedure in the video but when I turn the Mac back on the battery indicator is not displayed and if I don't keep the Mac connected to the power it doesn't turn on. I have already tried to reset the SMC as you suggested but if I don't keep the Mac connected to the power it doesn't turn on do you have a solution? Thanks!
Hello! We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your MacBook battery replacement, and we truly appreciate your patience. **Before starting the steps, please ensure your MacBook is turned off and disconnected from the charger!** In most cases, a MacBook should function normally without the battery. Here’s a quick check you can perform based on steps 7-12 of the installation guide (if you need detailed instructions, please feel free to contact us at asmarkpro@outlook.com): 1. Disconnect the battery board data cable and battery power screw as outlined in steps 7 and 12 (this ensures the battery is completely disconnected). 2. Connect the charger and press the power button to turn on the MacBook, if needed. If your MacBook powers on, the issue might be related to the battery installation. 3. If it doesn’t turn on, the problem may be with the MacBook itself. If your MacBook powers on normally, turn it off, disconnect the charger, and reconnect the battery following steps 49-54. Ensure the battery power screw is securely tightened, and the battery board data cable is properly aligned and firmly connected. After confirming that your MacBook works normally when connected to the adapter without the battery, if it still doesn’t turn on after reinstalling the battery power screw and the battery board data cable, please contact our support team at asmarkpro@outlook.com with your order number and current address. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement battery to be sent to you. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help! Best regards, The ASMARK Team

If by mistake I broke the flex who connect the trackpad to the MB, is possible when I turn on the Mac, the keyboard not work too? And also have a kernel task issue who makes the fans go fast and cpu required more than 300%?
Yes, if the trackpad flex has poor contact or damage, it can cause both the keyboard and trackpad to malfunction. When the MacBook detects abnormal trackpad flex, the fans will start spinning faster, and "kernel_task" is the related program for the fans, which consumes a large amount of CPU. To resolve this issue, all that's needed is to ensure that the trackpad flex is functioning properly.
Hello, in this scenario, it's advisable to check if the flex cable connection interface of the touch bar is loose. You can search for tutorials or instructional videos online for assistance in troubleshooting the issue.
