1st of all these are not fake boots as all the brands like SEGA, NIVIA, ANZA, VectorX are registered company but they take inspiration from top players boot and produce a affordable shoes for Indian market. You can find FAKE replica/copy in the same market which look exactly same as expensive boots with Adidas and Nike logo on it but they are usually more expensive then the above brands that I've mentioned.
Its hard to get 11 in kolkata...people here aint too tall...i myself sometime find it hard to get even 10...although those fit me a bit tight
