How can i handle If departments between 20 and 25 ?

Hard to say without trying to connect the dashboard to a dataset with 20-25 departments. Once connected it should become visible if only basic formatting changes (font size, for example) or more significant dashboard reshaping (different layout or even other chart types) required.
